Awesome physiotherapists. Have been treated by both Russell and Kim both are Knowledgeable, helpful, experienced and a lovely people to help with all sorts of issues. Would definitely recommend this physio.

I have been on what I would call a rollercoaster ride of trying to manage my vestibular migraines. I am undergoing treatment currently with Russell and have been improving bit by bit after each session. Russell always takes time to check in with me to see how I am going, something not a lot of professionals I have seen have done. We are working collaboratively together which gives me comfort that I have autonomy as a patient. I am excited to continue treatment and even when I may not require the migraine service I will still come here for my regular physio treatments. Russell is very caring and professional and always happy to listen and he also makes me laugh, and feeling average all the time sometimes that laughter can help! Also a special thanks to the reception staff Jacqui and Brooke who are always so friendly when I arrive and to Brooke who always has a chat with me in the waiting room! I have already spread the word about this amazing establishment. Thank you everyone!

I have seen Nicole at Adelaide West Physio for help with a couple of different injuries. I am always impressed with her commitment to fully understanding the underlying cause of my issues before recommending a treatment. She has always been encouraging and even excited by me wanting to maintain a high level flexibility, even though I am not 20 any more!Also, something I would like to mention because it doesn't get talked about enough...if your stomach rumbles during an appointment, Nicole won't make you feel weird about it. And that's important.

I have been going to Nicole at Adelaide West Physio + Pilates for several month now. I went with lower back pain that I have been seeing another physio for with no real relief. I felt so comfortable with Nicole. She took a detailed history and listened. After one session I walked out feeling so much better. I had hands on treatment, an exercise program and an introduction to Pilates. Now I attend Pilates twice a week when possible and do my home program. I can now manage my pain. I would recommend seeing Nicole and will defiantly refer friends and family to her and this practice.

I have attended Pilates classes here for 2 years now and Lisa always lifts my mood. She makes our session fun while paying attention to the details of an exercise, making sure we are doing it correctly to gain maximum benefit.Lisa will modify an exercise to suit individual needs, ensuring they are manageable but purposeful.She gives us “take away tips” to use throughout the week at home that are easy to remember and support what we do in class.I’ve never been a “gym person”, but look forward to my class with Lisa.

Kim is a great physio. She listens and is easygoing and realistic. I would highly recommend her services.
