Appalling is an understatement. Mixed up the photos so my one year old's pictures ended up being one of the day care educators (of whom I've never met so had no idea if she even worked there). It's also going to be another two months until we get our images. This place should be shut down. Reporting to the ombudsman for a breach of privacy as someone else has my child's photos and this has happened to all 120 kids in the centre.

I am really very pleased with the result. I requested a re-print of the group photo for my daughter and the speed and quality of the delivery is outstanding. Thank you Robyn.

My child had his photos done 5 months ago now! There website states 1 month turn around! We paid a pretty penny for these photos! No communication from the company. The day before Christmas shutdown they opened the digital copy (with no dates of when we would get our printed copies) to find all the photos were wrong so we were all opening photos of other children! No apologies! We have since still heard nothing or been given our digital photos! I tried calling them and left messages to no phone call response. The company should be closed! Families should be given there photos and rebated! So many of us paid for extra packages as Christmas presents which we never got!

Wanted to charge a $20 late fee for a school photo order and I asked if this could be waived as a couldn't order them online. They said no. Really disappointed about this.

Really appreciate assistance from MSP Photography (Henriette and her boss) in going above and beyond recovering previous photos of my children given my personal circumstances. I've been happy with the quality of all previous photographs and very happy to be able to recover these treasured memories of the kids schooling. Very kind and professional staff.

As well as taking GREAT photos of my daughter and her friends at her yr12 Formal Kieran, (from Canberra), also hand delivered them to me at a time that suited me. What a champion !He's such a nice guy too! He's definitely a 'people person' !All the best for the future Kieran !

The staff are amazing, they went above and beyond to help get a photo of my child who was sick on the original photo day, thank you to Katrina for organising the catch up photo, Kieran for taking time with my child and making sure we were happy with the photo, and to Michelle and Henriette for taking my payment so smoothly and making sure I was purchasing a product that I needed to be able to provide photos for grandparents and other family members.

Extremely unprofessional. Kids been waiting for school photos for five months and still no end to this nightmare. The Canberra Franchisee should learn how to provide a service, how to answer the phone, how to keep accurate records, and how to run a business. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. APPALLING.

This is a brilliant company of very hardworking people, who are incredibly professional and helpful. My son has been having his school photos through them for 3 years and never a problem. Even when my daughter's form got mixed up they were so helpful.
