Good stretch of clean beach for the dogs to run off leash. Free car parking by the beach access there with bins and free poo bag dispenser. Good views out to Magnetic Island too and if you like planes their take off from Townsville brings then low over the beach..

Absolutely a great beach to enjoy a walk along. You will meet dogs along the way some even have great owners to have a chat with. Beautiful in the morning it is quiet as you walk along the beach and watch the Sun rise above the ocean and Magnetic Island. Go later on a weekend and watch the wind-surfers on the water.
