Went for pregnancy ultrasound, me and my husband were very disappointed on how quickly the man does check on fetal development and growth and take pictures for midwife. After ultrasound, I can not differentiate all image on my PRC portal for my baby this time. There is huge difference in this ultrasound and my 21 week ultrasound. He was not interested at all and want to finish the task anyway. Will never go there again and not recommend. Front staff are nice though.

Hobbled up to the door with a suspected broken toe and my husband and was instantly offered a wheelchair by the security guard. Reception staff were great and we waited only a few minutes before being called in. Technicians were friendly and helpful. Then the security guard escorted us back to our car and took the wheelchair back for us. After a horrible and painful morning, the kindness and speed of Perth Radiographical Clinic has made my day much brighter. Thank you.

My wife who has a 7 week old baby and 14 months old child had a 10:50AM appointment and asked to arrive at 10:30AM. Was waiting in line behind 5 people in queue. After she got checked in at reception and filled in a form for the procedure she got told to sit down. 5 min later the receptionist comes up to her and tells her that because she was late they couldn’t do the scan..even if she was late because of the queue. So this is a private billing practice that treats paying customers like this...and this is not the first time they have treated us poorly not to count the times they have wrongly scheduled us in or we had to wait for ages when we were “on time”.

The ultrasound gel was warm and so were the staff !! Even give you access to an online portal where you can see all the photos and videos.

Went to clinic for an ultrasound guided cortisone injection. I was advised to arrive at 8.00am. Was met with a very helpful friendly receptionist, before being led to a room by a friendly nurse who told me about the procedure. The doctor greeted me with a wonderful attitude and administered the injection. I was all done and dusted by 8.20.Very efficient and friendly staffCongrats to all

When I called up to book for an ultra sound the receptionist was rude and acting like I was just wasting her time and she was too busy to even help- I get your busy but literally so is everyone else in Perth. I ended up booking with skg who were so incredible and actually have an app for the scans and not a floppy disk. Don’t bother coming to Perth radiology it’ll waste your time, and theirs apparently!

Sms from PRC stating mask is mandatory and no children to appointments. But when I turned up for my appointment. More then half of the patients and none of the counter staff were wearing masks. Plus two couples with kids.Booking via the App is not as friendly; particularly selecting the clinic. A drop down menus would be easier then zoom in the map and selecting the clinic.

I went to the clinic twice for an ultrasound guided cortisone injection on 29/12/20 and 30/12/20. The receptionists were friendly. I was led to a room by the same lovely and nice nurse who explained to me about the procedures. The female doctor greeted me with a pleasant attitude on the first day and gave the injection. The second day was a male doctor, he was very professional and friendly. They both kept asking how I was feeling throughout the injections and it's really kind of them. The security guards were very friendly too. My thanks to all of you very much!

Very unhelpful.. was told had to wait over 1 month for appointment for cortisone injection! .. ridiculous got into Western Radiology same day. Will never go back to Perth Radiology again.
