The attitude of one of the tyre mechanics is terrible. I suspect he deliberately damaged one of my bold and blamed the other workshop by install it wrong. They charge me $90 for replacing it. It was $120 at first on the phone, then I stopped by to check, then suddenly drop $90 by the second ask. Never again!

I have been getting competitive pricing and good service from Jax Kingsford for many years. I got a new set of tyres and a wheel alignment this week and still great service.

Mark is completely unprofessional and embarrassing. In response to my previous 1 star review, Mark has personally called me and said, “delete your 1 star review or we will report your car to the RMS.” If these were honest assessments you would have already logged them on Service NSW during the check? This instruction tells me that insecure-Mark ONLY takes “safety checks very seriously” when it’s a matter of his business reputation, not the safety of all drivers.

Mark is very reliable. My dad had been going to Mark for over 30 years, and I have been going to Mark now for over 10 years. I've had about 3 cars in that time and he's constantly been a source of such knowledge and outstanding service and advice. I like having slightly older second hand cars and he's helped upkeep them and there's no one else I trust to really look after my car and provide it the best quality of work needed for me to keep driving my lil 90's and early 2000's cars.
