Disappointed. Website advertised free shipping over $100 (so product prices obviously include delivery already).Purchased and paid $160 for a front grill (manufacturer rrp $128) and got told they don't post these even though free postage is offered as an option on the product. No discount provided to then pickup even though i paid $160 for a $128 RRP product. There is also absolutely no reason why this product couldn't be posted. Unfortunately the grill is of very low quality too, the clips are very poor and do not lock in place properly. Anyone from superspares can contact me if you would like to provide some sort of compensation and I'll amend relevant parts of the review.

Nice and Easy to deal with. Asim went above and beyond to make sure we got the order right. He's a true asset to Super Spares. I recommend this mob highly, they know their stuff.

Ordered a part. Had to change address and gave them ample time. It wasn't done. Was told because it had to be signed for the courier wouldn't leave it and it would be returned to Superspares. Due to them not contacting the courier in time it was delivered and left in the doorway and then stolen. Superspares then asked if I would like a refund or replacement. I went for refund only to be told a week later that they won't do either.I am now out of pocket over $300. And the only help they would give me was to go and check the cameras.Will not deal with them again. Too many lies and time wasting

I’ve sent several emails regarding my order and no one has gotten back to me. Says estimated delivery was 15th-19th however apparently it has not even been shipped yet. If someone could respond that would be great

Superspares has a great team working for them who go over and above to help you. If you ever have a problem with a purchase they are only too happy to rectify the issue.Have been buying from Superspares for 10 years now and have never had a problem that couldn't be solved.

Great online store on eBay. They have a massive range with prices that other stores don't come close to. Even with my trade account at Supercheap I still couldn't get down to the prices I was able to get at superspares. Great communication too, they let me know an item was having supply issues and wouldn't get to me for a few weeks. That didn't suit my timeline so they issued a refund straight away. Great store.

Champions. I received a 'kit' which had 1 incorrect part - which was actually the suppliers fault, not SuperSpares. I called John at customer service, and he sorted me out - no problems - rush shipped the correct part at zero cost. Bloody legends. Highly recommend!

Gabriel shocks got delivered and my vehicle was already stripped in the garage ready to fit them as I urgently needed my car. Unfortunately Gabriel had in correctly packaged and mark there product. The shock had the right part number on it but was the wrong shock. Kudos to SuperSpares they understood my urgency and did an amazing job of sorting me with another pair of shocks of much high value at no additional cost to get me on the road again asap. You guys are awesome. I'll be back doing business with you again. Thank you !!!

Was sent the wrong items by mistake and after a long process in adherence with their practices to verify the items were wrong, even though they didn't admit they were, a full refund was provided and the items were returned.If you legitimately have a right to a refund due to an error, then they will give you one and cover the cost of the return. It just takes a little bit of patience.
