The worst customer service ever, can never get a simple order right and the female at front desk has an attitude problem and obviously hates her job. Made a phone order picked order up got home and was missing more than half of order. Kindly called staff and told them the issue & was accused of ‘not checking properly’ and they demanded proof as if I was lying? Refused to accept photo or video proof so I was asked to drive all the way back WITH THE FOOD with a hungry family waiting at home only to be told I’m only allowed a ‘store credit’ no refund. Absolutely Appaling, never again.

Never had any problems here. Food has always been so nice. Love the fat chips! Eating a pizza now and is delicious. Staff have always been polite also and have never got an order wrong.

I got penne marinara today it was terrible the prawns where overcooked and not deveined the pasta was marshy and it was dry very disappointing because I had this dinner from there before today and it was good but not this time give them a miss

Food is consistently excellent!We've tried a couple of different pizzas, pastas, and sides, and they're all above average in flavour with generous portion sizes. The parma is massive, which, paired with it's taste makes it a bargain if you ask me!They always answer the phones, and food is ready when expected. They always give accurate time frames even when busy.Love this place ❤

Amazing food. Fast delivery.Have had pizzas a few times now and have always been lovely. Chips are absolutely delicious, seasoned perfectly.Gnocci also amazing. Love the extra layer of cheese on top

Ordered online for 3 pizzas (southwest chicken, aussie and Macedonian) and a nuggets and chips. The order arrived in average time and was hot and not too oily on delivery. The nuggets were tender sized. The southwest chicken wasn't particularly flavourful. Overall the pizzas were nice but nothing special.

I usually order weekly from Smokin Joes Merrifield, however I think it’s time to stop. I’ve received a batch of chicken tenders that definitely have an off smell. I called them up to notify them however the manger clearly has no customer service skills, as I am trying to explain the situation to her and resolve it amicably no apology has been given and she’s had the nerve to just hang up the phone while trying to talk to her. Poor customer service goes a long way, be sure that word of mouth travels too. As much as I’d like to support locally I did not appreciate the service given. Thank you to the kind lady who was able to follow up on the situation, it is much appreciated as you were able to resolve the situation in seconds.

Kids got sick after eating Chicken pizza. We noticed there was something wrong with the food but kids ate before we noticed. I hope you read my review and try to find out what was wrong with the food. We ordered lrg pizza pesto chicken and veg and garlic bread.
