Very helpful staff. Helped me choose everything I needed from what kind of bike I was after to what secondary items I would require to ride and maintain it. They even put together my bike.Very polite.

It was an amazing experience at 99 bikes, thanks to Jerry and the team. When I was shopping here Jerry was helping me select a bike, he knew his stuff and he helped me find the bike that suited me best. If it weren’t for Jerry I probably wouldn’t of come back to the shop to get this specific bike. After I left the store to make my decision Jerry contacted me on the specs of the bike and had great technical knowledge, he helped me choose a bike that I could continue to use in the future as well as right now. I went back into the store a day that he wasn’t in, but he still made sure his colleagues knew what I want and I ordered it on that day. Jerry managed to get the bike in earlier and I just picked it up today. Again I want to say thank you especially to Jerry and all of the team members, you made my experience memorable

I've had a handful of great experiences with the mechanics but my last visit went above and beyond. Came in to buy a D Lock for my partner and a replacement set of pads for my roadie (they were contaminated and I couldn't get them cleaned up), Beau told me they didn't have the pads I was looking for but he immediately jumped over to my bike and fixed the contamination on my pads and even did a once over of my gears.

Got a service on a bike and bought a few parts. Both servicing and sales staff are really friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

Recently purchased a kids 20” mountain bike here. Thomas at 99bikes was helpful, friendly and highly knowledgeable, going out of his to assist with sizing, test rides and alternative options and recommendations.We came late in the day on a Sunday afternoon before closing and the team was more than happy to help setup the new bike with a safety check and even seat tube cutting.The team were also very knowledgeable when it came to high end equipment and assisted in pricing and recommendations on road bike frame orders.

Just picked up a bike from here for one of my kids. Thomas was excellent in his support, setting up the bike, and providing great advice. A big thank you to him (and Josh, who we ordered the bike from) in making it an excellent purchasing experience

We attended a push bike maintenance workshop on 09/03/2023.The facilitator Josh did a wonderful job in showing us every hand tricks to keep our bikes safe and clean.We were flabbergasted that we did some stuff the wrong way all our lives. Josh made it easy to interact with him and we learned a lot. We also liked the small group size. A big thank you to Josh.

The shop is pretty big fully packed with bikes. Parking might be an issue as it is located close to the city center. The staff was friendly but not too knowledgeable about their stock or the range of bikes. So I would recommend doing your own research before coming to this shop.
