I purchased an aircon through their eBay store in 2019, I recently fired it up for the first time since winter and it wasn’t working.I contacted the store and Ronald went out of his way to troubleshoot the issue and pass on the relevant details to the supplier to start a warranty process.My experience during the purchase process and the aftermarket service this week was been top notch.

What an ignorant company, called to inquire about installing air conditioners, I said I lived in Carlingford, the person who answered the phone kept telling me that buying a house there was fooled, and many of the people who lived there were from Vietnam during WWII An old man who died of leukemia. How does this geographical discrimination and prejudice against different places could be a sales people thats really confuse me?

OK, if you are basic white guy like me - Come here with the intention of getting what you want and at least some knowledge of what you are getting otherwise they will not want to sell you something you will want to return in a week. I wanted a steam cooker popular in Taiwan, I got it along with a friendly instruction of use. It's a great product and I'm even tempted to get a couple of the other things they have.The couple running the store are very knowledgeable about their range, don't be afraid of going in for a visit to get something high quality.

great service. very friendly staff. they're not a corporate run business. It's a family business that's honest and down to earth that i trust. i got my rangehood and rice cooker from them which was fantastic. these guys know good products and will stock quality items. thanks DTV!

Rude customer service. A few years ago I went there to buy a Tiger rice cooker (should of gone to Cabramatta, a better authorised dealer there) and was shocked at the male shop keeper's comments. Firstly he asked which brand I used. Breville
