Friendly staff. Rooms were clean. Close to tram line and new shopping centre. If you are on one of the end rooms near the outdoor smoking area you may need to the shut the windows.

I booked 2 rooms and was dsappointed to find that we were on different floors.Very clean. Beds were hard but surprisingly comfortable. We were supposed to wash our cups etc before leaving but had no dish liquid or tea towels to do this.

Friendly staff is the extent of my positive experience, I was overall extremely disappointed with my recent stay, I could point out the cleanliness concerns, the uncomfortable furnishings or the noise levels but even these would not encompass all of my concerns. This was never meant to be a five star lodging, but my one star above is based on an already mid level expectation, I won’t bother uploading photos, but would beg the owners to please reconsider classifying this establishment as a motel. I truly wouldn’t consider staying there again if it was offered free of charge

I suspect the place is used by offenders who are awaiting court matters - the courthouse is just up the road. The noise was intolerable, the place was meant to be non-smoking (but smelled like smoke), and the characters staying there were questionable. There was loud, aggressive, banging on the outside of the walls and the door to my room until about 4:00am. There was lots of aggressive yelling and swearing from other occupants and I could hear people swearing and yelling at children. It was not possible to lock the room from the inside, because the door latch looked like it had been removed or ripped from the wall, so I slept with a chair up against the door handle. I was booked for two nights, but I left early, because I couldn’t sleep and had concerns for my safety. I had understood from the cancellation policy that I would receive a refund for the night I didn’t stay, but this wasn’t offered. The staff member at reception commented on the unacceptable behaviour of the people staying there, but wouldn’t say anything further.

No hot water and toilet wouldn’t flush. Was too late on the night to advise once I was aware. No reimbursement. Had to take a cold shower in the morning. Reception were nice however I do believe I should have received some reimbursement.

I stayed for 3 nights and couldn't complain about anything at all ! Very close to the tram stop, undercover parking available for my car and the room provided everything I needed. Simple things like a nice hot shower were available, quiet at night and it was refreshing to use the pool after a day on my feet. Was exactly what I needed as a base while I attended the V8 Supercar weekend and explored the coast.

They make a booking for multiple nights and they are short of staff to even put towels in the room, absolute waste of money. Rooms have rocking bed, managers don't care they simply say they are short of staff.Rooms are really old , A/C does not work. I will post photos.

Great place to stay long or short term. The staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean.

Actually it wasn't bad. Good clean room. Parking available. Nice staff. And I even had a swim. What's not to like?
