A Pizza Temptations

Called store and was given great service. Easy to order and when delivered nearly dropped boxes as were so heavy compared to the competition. Actual toppings and plenty of it.Highly recommended.

This place was so disappointing. The pizza was awful, flavours just weren’t nice, pizza base was doughy and seemed as though it had been frozen. We were told they had the best garlic bread ever by owner but was nothing more than what I would compare to a home bread frozen garlic bread from Woolworths. The cost of the 2 pizzas, garlic bread and one drink was like $80 or something. Not to mention how poorly the owner spoke to his junior staff. Not somewhere I would recommend.

Pizza temptations is the best pizza around. Always consistently delicious and toppings are always placed well. Heaps of delicious different pizzas to choose from with a great selection of sides that are equally delicious.I love the bbq chicken pizza and hubby loves the classic Hawaiian or pepperoni pizza and the salami bites are great with the toasted sesame seeds on top.Totally worth the price you pay. Returning happy customers we are.

i would give 5stars if didnt have the issue with bbq sauce in the top of the pizza (menu say bbq base do not say about top).but the pizza is very good, well one of the best takeways around the area for now.will repeat again soon

Not bad at all! Ordered the lasagne and garlic prawns and was pleasantly surprised. Better than some alacarte restaurants I've been too. Definitely recommended to give the pastas and Pizzas a go. 4 stars from me.

The worst service I have received in a while. Made an order online for a large temptations sweetness dessert pizza for $24.95 and when the pizza was delivered there was minimal toppings. I wasn't expecting it to look like the images online, but I expected there to be a reasonable amount of toppings on there considering the price. I called the restaurant and kindly explained to the young guy who answered that I was a bit underwhelmed because it was essentially bread with some strawberries on top and he seemed happy to help. He then passed me on to his supervisor who was just incredibly rude and did nothing to resolve the situation except for to tell me that she made it herself exactly to the restaurant's procedures and that the only thing she could do was inform the franchisee that she had a complaint. She was rude, unhelpful and unapologetic.

No body reads a good review so I will say this is a family owned business.Like a corporate franchises Mum and Dad businesses are aiming to provide consistent and quality products and try to remain competitive in its competitive market space. This business like every business is not going to get things right 100 percent of the time. But what they will do is like all of us have a calm and reasonable conversation with you if you feel they legitimately got it wrong. That's just like all of us. Remember they ultimately have a successful business and they didn't get that way by being swindled but I can hand on heart say this business is genuine in there desire to provide an outstanding product for the customer to enjoy. This makes this Mum and Dad business happy. As a consumer in the modern world and as an old school man of true customer service this business ticks the right boxes. Well done Pizza temptations for surviving and being passionate about your service. 10 out of 10 for being a good and solid provider of personal and reliable service to your community also. This needs to be said because not only is there product second to none there consistency in customer service is as good as it gets.

Came in here to collect an order for doordash, my first time ever handling pizza for doordash and he basically verbally abused me for the way I was handling the pizza and kept death staring me as I tried putting it in our bag that was clearly not made to be able to hold 2 large pizzas. I understand wanting the food to be presented nice or whatever but it isn’t fair to yell and speak to your doordashers in a disgusting manner. Get your own delivery service if you want people to handle your food perfectly. I saw multiple bags that they could’ve provided that looked more than appropriate for the pizzas but they just watched me struggle. I have never been a customer here but now I know i won’t ever be. I’m genuinely appalled at the way I was spoken to and berated. Utterly unprofessional and gross. I’d give 0 stars if I could.

Worst pizza ever, domino’s is even better than this place recommended not to order from this place. Pizza was dry as anything no sauce on the base and base taste like cardboard

Ordered a timed order for 5:45. Got pizza and went home to find it cold and soggy. Base was tasteless and dry. Same with the garlic bread. We also ordered a “pesto” pasta that tasted more like carbonara with 0 pesto. There was dried chicken pieces and sloppy sauce all through it. Absolutely appalling and a waste of money. If you are spending this kind of money at a place you would expect it to be fresh and not sitting on an oven. God only knows how long it was there for before we picked it up. Will never order here again.
