I recently moved from Melbourne to Geelong and Tiffany at Geelong Property Managers assisted us with our move. She was super friendly and professional and easy to deal with. We even received a fabulous welcome gift at our rental when we arrived (something we had never received when renting in Melbourne). I would highly recommend using Geelong Property Managers and if I can, I would look to use their services again in the future for myself.

I am usually someone of many words. In this instance, no extra are needed. The process from applying to the communication from GPM to moving in has truly exceeded our expectations. Being a paperless organisation is also truly refreshing. It was the best thing we ever did moving out of Melbourne. Thanks Jess and everyone for the exceptional service!

The team at GPM are fantastic. They took over the previous agent's portfolio and have been wonderful at attending to anything the property needs. Jess is now the property manager (after first having Nathan manage) and she attended to a matter promptly and efficiently. Even though our communication was via email, her personality shined through and made the communication seem like 2 friends talking - this is how warm and inviting Jess and the team are at GPM. Highly recommended and i look forward to many more years of association.

Geelong Property Managers have made my move in to my new rental amazingly easy! The service provided couldn't even be compared to other rental agencies. Hollie has been kind and welcoming, and prepared a condition report that was so incredibly detailed it shocked me - I thought this was so great for both rental provider and renter! I have just recently rented a property through GPM. They were absolutely fantastic! Nathan is my property manager, I would highly recommended him to anyone looking for a rental! He is extremely helpful, very professional and goes out of his way to make sure the tenant is happy with the property. He has fantastic communication skills, and has returned all calls promptly. I have recently moved into a Rental with Geelong Property Managers and I couldn't recommend these guys enough, Tiffany Andrew who is our property manager has been approachable from the get go - through the rental application and then the transitioning into the rental property.Their rental application and agreement procedures are very Tech Savy and for those who aren't confident with the Tech side of things its not even complicated one bit.Tiffany is great with explaining anything as well which helped a lot!I have not had a bad experience with these guys, and I do feel 100% confident that if I did need to get anything sorted Tiffany will be more than helpful if/when the time ever comes.

They conduct their work in a timely and professional manner without me ever feeling burdened with the task of having a rental property. Tiffany and the crew are really first rate.
