Pre-purchase inspection for a used car I wanted to buy (Forester). Staff were friendly, and very accommodating.I asked, and was allowed to be in the passenger seat when they test drove the vehicle, which i was grateful for. Inspection report was explained to me in detail.The inspection didn't include an ODB2 scan by default, but i asked about it, and before i knew it they had pulled out the scanner and given me a print-out of the results for no extra charge.Great staff, service and results.I ended up buying the car, and at the time of writing this review, I have no regrets.

Honest and well priced - words you don’t often hear associated with mechanics, but Phil and his team are without a doubt fulfil these words. Over 10 years with these guys servicing our vehicles and would recommend them any day of the week.

One of my fleet vehicles where on their way to Toowoomba to do a job and broke down at the top of the range.After speaking with Bothwell and explaining this and asking them if they could look at this straight away as we are from Brisbane and Bothwell are not our usual mechanic, they said absolutely and did so. I had my car serviced here last week. It was my first time there and I was very impressed with their service. The place was clean and conveniently located close to the CBD. They were very quick and efficient. They were finished within 2 hours of me dropping my car off. They were very reasonably priced. To top it off they gave me a complimentary bag of lollies. I would recommend this business.

A big shout out to Phil from Bothwell Motors for being extremely friendly and fixing my rear bar sensor for free. After reading many positive reviews about Bothwell Motors on Toowoomba`s community Facebook page I decide to pop in for the first time to see if they can help with installing a new sensor on the rear bar of my new Mitsubishi Triton. When I arrived Phil greeted me friendly and ask how he could help. I explained that my sensor is broken and I already purchased a new one but needed it to be installed. He had a quick look at the broken sensor and said that should be a quick fix and I gave him the new sensor and he installed there and then right away. After he finished I offered to come inside to pay but he said don`t worry about payment and shook my hand with the biggest smile on his face. What a gentleman and great human being. This was the very first time that I used Bothwell Motors and the experience couldn't have been better. Thank you Phil you`re a Champ.

Friendly..helpful...reliable..honest...great valuev

On Friday I had my i30 serviced by Bothwell Motors and couldn't be happier. I have always been sceptecal about mechanics overcharging as I have experiences on many occasions in the past. I was recommended Bothwell from a friend and have to say I was impressed by both the service of the front desk, the mechanic himself and the overall price. I had a small issue with my window, to which I asked the mechanic if they could have a quick look over whilst doing the service- the mechanic did free of charge and also fixed the small issue and came out to explain the problem. I highly recommend this company and I encourage any individual looking for a reliable and honest mechanic to use this business.

Had a problem with our Toyota Prado after travelling all the way from Darwin, as we were on a time limit to catch a ferry the team saw us straight away and quickly diagnosed a turbo filter problem. They got the parts straight away and we were on our way with 30mins. Very good value and would highly them for your vehicle. Professional and courteous service. Thanks heaps guys and we'll have a beer on Straddy for you.
