You would think a post office that does passports would be able to print a form but unfortunately it doesn’t and the staff members don’t give you any help and just stand there awkwardly

Kim was lovely and helpful to me while I was in pain, however the middle aged woman with the mid length auburn hair is probably the main reason for all the awful reviews, absolutely no compassion or Care factor for human beings.

Simple passport photo taken NL post office declined upon pp application.Went back, got another photo (free of charge) sent that in and again declined for not meeting photo criteria with shadows!Their error cost me a further $200 for urgent passport upgrade as both photos declined adding extra 12 days to the 4 week processing time.Photo taken elsewhere no issue!!Wait times Saturday morning going out the door was 40 mins which is apparently normal.Only 4/6 CS booths open.Not recommended for photos for any legal documentation go elsewhere!

Poor customer service. The server would not renew my passport as it was busy and demanded that I need to book an appointment, although no appointments are necessary for renewals (as per website notice). Very poor service and reflects a number of negative reviews for this post office!

This was a nice post office but now they are just rude with no compassion or service. Such a shame. But the store is only as good as the managers that lead it.

Busy post office (as most are!) but the staff were friendly and efficient. Love that they have self-service machines too, but sadly they weren't working the day of my visit. Conveniently located on the outside of the Westfield close to Coles.

I don’t know about other people, but my experience at this venue was brilliant. The lady who helped me was very patient and genuine. Thanks for taking the time to help solve the mysteries. It was very much appreciated. But Australia Post on its own sucks big time. How could a parcel from Melbourne to Brisbane via Express be taking more than 2 days to arrive? My other parcel, which came from the UK and arrived in Brisbane initially, was somehow transferred to NSW! Even though it is on its way back, it still has not arrived since it left Sydney on 26/04. Are you serious? Thanks for wasting my time. Apparently it is not precious to you guys.
