Coles Firle

Went to get a sandwich for my hungry toddler, unboxed the sandwich, gave him a bite and put the rest in the box. proceeded to check out to pay, told the cashier that the box is open, she just grabbed it from me upside down without listening to what I said and dumped the rest of my food on the scanner belt. Then said with a grumpy voice “ your sandwich fell out, I’m put it back” which i refused and told her it’s dirty and better to throw it away . No apology, no sorry, still had to pay for something we didn’t get to eat. Considering that was the only thing I went to get, I was very disappointed. Her name was Lia.

Terrible store.Staff are incompetent, customers are rude and disrespectful.The staff here seemingly have no control over the poor behaviour of customers who aren't abiding by social distancing rules.Woolworths staff are way better at their job thwn these people.The customers who frequent this store are ferals who have no morals.

Always pretty disappointed with this store. Never has anything I want, never can find a staff member for assistance and the staff are all rude and spend more time chatting to each other than actually doing their jobs. Had an incident recently where I asked the girl if I could change self serve kiosks so that I could use cash. I apologised to here as I was sorry I had to get here to cancel my items so I could go and rescan them at another check out and she was incredibly rude and told me that I should have done that in the first place and that I’ll have to go through the express lane where a staff member would do it. I said no thank you I would like to just go to another check out as I prefer to do it myself and her response was a very abrupt fine just do whatever you want. I will not be returning as the rudeness from staff happens far too often and I get people can have bad days but I am a very nice customer and always nice to staff if I ever need help but this happening repeatedly clearly shows they are all not trained well enough to provide decent customer service.

Ordered Click and Collect online on Feb 11th for collection on Feb 12th, 10am - 12pm.SMS received on the morning of the 12th, saying the order is delayed and will be ready between 12pm and 2pm.I tried calling the store 3 times at 1pm, but noone answered.The app showed the order as already collected.I drove to the store and they said they had been busy, as there were only 2 staff working on the Click and Collect orders, and that my order would PROBABLY be ready after 2pm.I asked the manager, Alicia, to have the order delivered free of charge. She refused.I asked to have the order cancelled and refunded and I was directed to disconnect the payment" on the app.I pointed out that I can't

I am pleased to note that the fresh food items are of high quality, and the selection of groceries and cleaning products is remarkable. Unfortunately, the weekends attract customers who are discourteous and inconsiderate. I can’t say much for the staff either.

As a local, I have shopped here for years, and find it great! Love the express lane, and their range of goods and prices are fab. Why do people whinge about customers???!!!!

Is a nice Store. But the people filling shelves are so rude where they place their Cages. Three in one isle.... couldn't even access much at all. And move so SLOW.....

You may or may not believe the secret I am about to tell you about this place...*whispers*.... it's just a coles ...yea...like yea...it has a door...and stuff...and common items you would expect from a coles. The food sold here is pretty edible from rating of a rock to a cube. The organics are lacking. The seafood and protein quality can probably be improved considering it's located in a pretty rich area. Would like a options for better quality vegetables and eggs for a starting point, but I have never seen those things in any other Coles so I don't know why I would expect it from this one either. As I said: it's just a Coles. boring and simple. Lower down your expectations cowboys. Even that annoying dude which stares at you and forces your bag open when you approach the door is here too. I mean seriously, you guys have a detector and stuff and yet you still hire a person to stand ground to tackle me down whenever they see me just to make my life a living miserly. All I was there for was for 5 ice-cream mochi. I hold receipt in my arms and yet I was forced to watch as my poor bag gets molested. You guys seriously have no shame to what you have done to so many innocent bags? Oh yea. They have ice cream mochi. I personal like the sesame one. The other taste empty. Just don't look at the ingredients if you want to enjoy it. It's not great.

Steady surroundings, constant refill of stock, very standard very easy to shop in, brand name bathroom and health products expensive, active staff that are efficient and capable. Easy access.
