Oxenford Veterinary Surgery

I have received nothing but love and care from the staff at Oxenford Vet. They have diligently looked after my two anxious dogs and had always listened to me and involved me in their care. Thank you to the kind receptionists who always answer the phone with a smile in their voice and helped us enter the practice safely and avoid other dogs. Thank you to Dr Wittey for providing my girls with exceptional care. She managed my very anxious and reactive dog so well, I had no fear of bringing her in! And a huge thank you to Dr Wittey, Dr Chris, and the nurses who were there for us when our old girl had to be put to sleep. Your care and compassion will always remain with us

I have nothing but good things to say about Oxenford Vets. They are so welcoming and helpful. I’ve lived in the area for just over two years and taking my dog three times. Each time they have been friendly, professional, encouraging, and accurate!My old girl was struggling. She was in immense pain and miserable. I was sure that the time was coming to put her down. Her vet recommended a medication that I was on the fence about to be honest. But she encouraged me to try it for just a month, saying I should see results within a week and we did. Six months on my dog is now walking up and downstairs again, going for longer walks and happy.I have found them to be quite reasonably priced, compared to some of the vets that we’ve previously seen over the years.Well done, Oxenford!

Highly recommend these guys who provide a wonderful service. I have moved house but remain with Chris as my animals are so well taken care of. They are always friendly and put my dog at ease when she gets nervous.

Easily the best vet on the coast. The entire team is caring, detail-oriented, organised and their services are well priced. They took care of our cat like it was their own.

The most amazing vets...especially Chris. And the nurses are just as amazing, especially my favourite..the beautiful Paula!!!! They're all so honest & trustworthy....and they actually genuinely care about the animals (& not the money). Definitely Recommend A+

Wow, this place cared for our guinea pig. They called us to see how she www going. Unfortunately while recovering she ended up dying. This was two weeks ago, move forward to today where we find a hand written card from them offering their condolences the sweetest thing ever and they went above and beyond

Such a super group of caring humans! We had to have our old pup, Timmy, put to sleep because of his cancer spreading too far and Chris and his team supported us throughout the whole awful experience. We truly appreciated their kindness and understanding while navigating losing our fur baby. They have always taken such good care of our pups and are honest and open with us. Their advice has also always been excellent and we feel lucky to have them to lean on.

This place has taken exceptional care of my border collie pup for the last four years. Chris, Whitty and Paula are all exceptional, knowledgable and compassionate. They are very accomodating and it’s obvious that they genuinely care about the animals they treat!
