Staff are polite and very friendly. Great choice of flavours of ice-cream. They give you a sample taste first so you know which ice-cream flavour you would like best. The ice-cream cakes are amazing. Will be going there again.

Amazing service from Luke today. His bright, bubbly personality was contagious and he engaged with both my kids very well. He went above and beyond and made sure that we were 100% happy with everything. We will be sure to be back :)

Staff is always super friendly and helpful; we were trying the new Spidey flavour ice cream today and staff were very encouraging of trying a sample first to check we'd like the blue sherbert ice cream - we sure did! Been coming here often and always great service.

Amazing service. Shout out to the lovely lady in a pink shirt who went above and beyond letting us sample a few flavours and giving us a detailed description on the tastes and what they were based off. Well done. Will be coming back

I went to Baskin Robbins tonight in North Lakes. The girls there ignored me repeatedly and served others even though I was standing at the counter. It appeared as though they weren't comfortable serving brown people. I recommend further training in customer service for these young girls. It's not okay.

I had promised my son that if he got good marks on his maths homework that i would take him out for icecream sundays (he is 7 years old).Upon entering the store he exclaimed yay icecream!"The lady at the counter began yelling at him to behave himself and to learn how to act and not to raise his voice in her store. She then said i needed to start hitting my son whem he acts up. I was shocked. My son is a very well behaved little boy. But as with all small children he can get a bit carried away with excitement.I was shocked and appalled.Icecream was delicipus. Will definately be back. 5 stars"

Go-to place for ice cream in the area, with timings that are convenient including late evenings.Parking in the complex can be a tough ask on weekends and evenings with a large number of the limited spots being reserved for Uber and other app delivery drivers, not to forget other establishments in the complex being popular as well.
