We have been dealing with this company for several years now and have 2 orders this week. The product itself is perfect but has trouble matching the service. The first order took 3 days and to-days order was placed about mid day yesterday and delivered 10am this morning. Beautiful people to deal with. Great prices as well. Won't be changing companies ever.

Excellent customer service. Went with a honey frame extractor motor that was no good. The front counter guy (sorry mate forget your name coz I’m hopeless like that) helped us get it fixed pronto. Really awesome service I highly recommend

A lot of bee/apiary supplies under one huge warehouse roof. Personal service, great advice with a huge range of products on display. A boon for beekeepers in Sydney's south west.They also sell different raw honeys from different parts of the state with tasting tubs.Wonderful place for beeks to pass some time.
