Returning items bought online ( after getting permission to do so), this was a very helpful way. The sales lady( Leanna ?)who assisted us, was very understanding and helpful in sorting out the problems, and refunded our money by way of a gift card. Thank you

Only half the ordered items arrived, no response after months of emails. Can't phone them as they aren't taking calls during pandemic. No refund, no response. Pathetic.

Sheridan holds its name for a reason; quality Australian cotton, beautiful and robust weaves with a variety of sophisticated coulors and textures, nothing gaudy.We bought here on sale 70% off! To make the experience even more enriched, a helpful assistant proffered polite and relevant information about the products.Very happy. :)
