Worst place ever, on the day when 15k of people are in the city and fringe fest is on, there is 1 person behind the counter. Poor girl was doing a great job but poor planning on the stores part.

Husband and I came here today and had the most delicious ice cream! The staff were SO helpful and incredibly friendly. One girl in particular, (I think her name was Shae...) I love friendly customer service.However the ice cream is a bit overpriced, but other than that, great store and great experience.

Delicious ice cream cake for a birthday party - the service is brilliant here and the cake is always a winner! Can't fault them and highly recommend. We will be using them for future celebrations for sure!

As an ice cream addict i ended up ordering 2 types of ice cream for myself (the cookie and cream and cookie dough) while my friend each had one (salted caramel and chocolate) and the variety of ice cream there is insane! I felt a bit embarrassed as i kept tasting one after another. They were just soo good. The female staff was so cute and helpful and patient as we were choosing the flavors we wanted to order. I then figured out she was a viet too and we started chatting in vietnamese lol. Luckily there was no other customer at the time so we've got plenty of time to try out and have a nice conversation.

Finally tried the Ben & Jerry’s Ice cream Pint with 2 flavours on a Spring Sunday afternoon with my Inside Scoop free spin offer (was $13.95) and it was a delicious family dessert experience all round.The location is central, and the male customer service staff was friendly and patient with my offer redemption.The pint was packed with two flavours of our choosing, and we ended up taking half a pint home because we couldn’t finish it.

A moderate range of ice cream flavours that are quite related. Ice cream quality is good, but just that. The service was lovely - they were very kind and conversational.

Delicious and original ice cream, nice looking shop, the worker was very friendly. It's cool to be able to enjoy an ice cream knowing that this company has true values (ecology, equality...).
