Total joke. I booked in to get a fence done prepaid 100% upfront with a huge lead time. The day to do the fence came and went and when followed up about it days later I got a call saying he made a mistake and needed to rebook it. This is yet again another huge lead time. Eventually ended up getting someone else in that did it the same week. Requested a refund that has still not been given. I will commence QCAT proceedings next week.Don't know how the reviews 5 stars.
