I had to go here to pick up my Will. I am thankful for the Solicitor who gave up their time and worked (pro boneo) free of charge at The Salvation Army Morley Community Church.

Had a phone call on Thursday, from someone I now believe to be Maria Fifield, who demanded information from me about a friend who hadpassed away, and whose cremation was taking place that day, her manner was demanding, argumentative, rude, misleading and threatening. I believe a proper legal firm would have addressed anyinquiries, in writing, to maintain a record of communications and requests, and to avoid the obvious upset that this call caused,particularly on this day.This was totally unprofessional.I note your comments, which are patently untrue, you called me, the incident was as I have stated, it was not in response to anything I did, nor are my comments mischievous or self serving, but a simple statement of facts.This was not a discussion, she was on a fishing trip for information. Were her threats to carry out actions above her pay grade, or is this your normal m o. When you have dealings with a business, no matter how small it gives you the right to inform others of your experience, to warn them.
