They say you cars dirty and want to charge $10 extra, my reply was “yes it’s a bit dirty, but you don’t get a clean car washed” left water drips hadn’t been wiped properly.

I wasted my money at this carwash.I had to go home and re-do mirrors and windows as well as wipe car over because it wasn't cleaned properly.

Rude. Actual price at time of payment vs price advertised on board not consistent. Felt bullied and forced to opt for a more expensive car wash.And once again, rude.

As repeated in all the other reviews, DO NOT take your car here. I only came here because the other car wash down the road was closed. Got told my car was finished which I thought was a bit too quick. When I saw the results, I understood why I didn't have to wait long. They did not do a thorough job. A $10 drive thru wash probably would have done a better job to be honest. They missed a handful of spots. Plenty of streak marks left unwiped. Not sure how this carwash is still in business.

I've been coming here over 7 years and today I'm disappointed in it so much! I get called extremely fast to collect my car so I think wow that was fast. I open door and there's dirt all over seats, grass on carpet and car is wet, floor mats wet. I tell the guy my car hasn't been vacuumed at all so he walks over with the cloth he was cleaning the wheels of another car with and proceeded to wipe one seat and walks off and says it's done. For 49 dollars I'm disgusted. I literally have gone to the other car wash down the road to get my car cleaned again. Just because my car is old doesn't mean you don't need to clean it like other new cars you get. I pay the same as them. I even said leave the boot. Never will I go back again

Car Wash Cafe on Hoxton Park Rd is a great place to get your car some extra attention. The team here look always do an amazing job on the cars both inside and out.While you are waiting for your car to get pampered, you can enjoy a coffee in the waiting area with seating both indoors and outdoors.Inside boasts a large lounge and tv, and seats that get great sunlight during the winter months.The team here is always welcoming and always smiling on your arrival.Overall a great experience and has been everytime I have visited here. Thank you

The worst car wash ever. Paid $105 for a wash that looked liked a 10yr old did with his eyes closed. Paid extra to have the back of my Hilux cleaned only to get it back and there’s still sand in there. And to top it off they forgot to put the tonneau bar support back after “cleaning” the boot and when we realised this we went back to ask about it; the guy who walks around doing nothing but drink coffee (manager / owner who knows) got on the defensive as if we accused him of anything (turns out he was the one who “cleaned” the back) and tried to use an intimidating tone because he thought it would work on a woman. We continued to ask him to have a look but he refused saying there was nothing there when it was before it got taken to clean. If I could rate it a MINUS ZERO I would. Don’t waste your money guys, it’s really not worth it. You’re better off going to A1 Carwash. They’re always busy because they do a great job.

I'll let the photos after car wash decide for yourself. A loyal customer of 7 years not going back. Even damaged undamaged roof lining. Dust and grime everywhere, boot not even vacuumed.. Just never go and waste your money.

Do not take your car here.They damaged my window tinting, windows were morr dietty than before the clean. They did not vacuum the car as so many missed spots in vehicle. All door and boot trim were not cleaned.... so many missed spots not worth the money....Just because you make the car smell nice it doesn't mean it clean

Asked for deluxe clean and they gave me a deluxe scratch job multiple scratches on both front doors as well as on top of the wheels asked them what happened and they said I opened the door on my own car and scratched it, then proceeded to walk away and laugh with coworkers. Horrible service they are rude and don’t care about the clients or their car. Please do not go to them and get your car damaged.
