The sales consultant was really respectful to deal with. Every question and inclusion we asked for was discussed and responded to. I was really happy with how they managed to design my home to suit my lot and inclusions. They were so patient with my questions.The construction was well managed and the quality of the home was excellent. All my friends compliment my house whenever they visit.I would definitely recommend Omnia Homes to build your home.

We have just moved into our new home. We couldn’t be more happy with the build experience. Our site manager gave regular updates and was very transparent throughout the entire process. The house price was affordable and the quality was great. We would highly recommend the Omnia team and we would build with them again without a doubt.

Solid builder.My place was finished about 4 months ago and our maintenance has just been all sorted too, even agreed to fix a few things my kids managed to break.House Quality is good, not a bad completion time either considering whats going on in the building industry these days with all the shortages - there were about 6 other builds going on in my street at the same time and I think I was either the 1st or 2nd to move in, considering I had a pretty custom home we were pretty surprised.Just wanted to finally say thanks and that we appreciate all the effort.

We have been in our home for 18 months now , we built a Knock Down Rebuild with Omnia and are so happy that we did. Their assistance throughout the process was very insightful. They helped us with all the demolition and permit tasks that initially looked so daunting. Omnia made this process seamless which was such a relief!. We were very happy with our floor plans , pricing , quality and overall experience.

Our friends built with Omnia 4 years ago therefore we decided to build with them also. They are competitively priced and were so accommodating to any changes we requested. When we did a final inspection the Supervisor did not rush us and was happy to note of all of our items we wanted fixed. We were very happy with the level of service and build quality :)

Very impressed with the entire process, the build has been done at a good quality, the team has always been there to answer questions and reassure me of any doubts throughout the process. The salesperson was very helpful and provided us with many options at a decent price. I will always recommend Omnia to anyone that is looking at building a new home.
