Bloomex Melbourne Flowers & Gift Hampers

I cannot begin to explain my disappointment with this company.I ordered flowers for my wife as it was our 20th wedding anniversary. The flowers were ordered with next day delivery confirmed by Bloomex which was great because our anniversary was 2 days later. We were staying at a hotel and clear instructions for delivery to reception was included in the order.The day of delivery arrived and I received a call advising next day delivery for my order was not possible, and it would be delivered the day after. This was fine because that day was my anniversary day so I accepted that.The day of the rescheduled delivery arrived(this was our anniversary day) and went on, and on, and on, and finally at 2pm I decided to call Bloomex to confirm the delivery was indeed going to be made. The person I spoke to assured me it would be made according to the instructions I left. Our hotel reception was open until 9:30pm and no delivery was made.The next morning I get an sms advising that my flowers are now at the post office. Wonderful, too late and I make my way to the post office to collect them.Upon opening the box I was greeted with multiple flowers and petals falling out onto the table and floor. There were a significant number of very frail looking flowers which looked nothing like the description photo on their website when purchasing them. These were sad, frail flowers fit for the green waste bin.So not only was this anniversary surprise ruined, the end product we received looks like the leftovers from another bouquet. Completely unacceptable from a service and product perspective. I am trying to call to speak to someone but all I seem to get through to is some Canadian company message service before the line is disconnected.Bloomex, if you are reading this I want a call back in relation to order #2074115. You have my contact details so I suggest someone calls me promptly to discuss this situation.

Ordered flowers for my mothers 81st birthday to arrive on her special day. 3 days later we are still waiting, a couple of emails and calls later still no response. A very disappointing experience.Update, flowers finally arrived… just a shade off needing to go in the bin. To add insult it came with “Flower Care Instructions” how about they start with fresh flowers!

Payed $100 for my mother to recieve flowers on Mother's Day as I unfortunately cannot spend the day with her. They arrived 2 days earlier than requested, and the state they were in was absolutely disgraceful.Not fresh by any means, old and rubbery. Broken stem and heads. Wrapped in some plastic and jammed into a box. Extremely disappointed. Will not be using this company again, and deeply regret not reading reviews before using them this time.

AVOID THIS STORE! 1 Star is far too generous for my experience with this company. Ordered flowers for Mothers day. Not only did these arrive late, but they arrived withered and dead. Customer service are refusing to refund my payment, offering only in store credit or for the item to be resent. If only I had watched the 9News story on this company prior to making my purchase.

To whom it may concernI received my flowers today, the flowers that not the correct amount and quality for the second time.I am very disappointed with the quality.* First I got 10 flowers NOT 12.* Second. They were NOT LONG STEMS. I asked for Long stems.* Third. The flowers were NOT fresh for the second time. The pedals are falling off the rose once I took them out of the box.The pedals have been pulled off to make it seem like the roses are closed up. The roses are different sizes. Some pedals are cut in half because of how they were pulled off.They are NOT FRESH roses.I thought the second time you might get the order right.They failed to deliver the correct amount and quality.False advertising is illegal, and you illegally advertised one thing and you intentionally delivered the wrong order with BAD quality, I'm assuming to save flowers, this happened twice with the same customer.I find Your actions and service is dishonest and disgraceful towards customers.I do not appreciate been treated like I'm a fool.I regret ordering from your business and I will never order from you again. You have not made me happy at all.

Ordered an upgraded gift hamper with flowers for my wife on our 20th wedding anniversary. This company are absplute THIEVES and SCAMMERS. They take your money and don't deliver the flowers you ordered on the date requested. Then they turn up 3 days later all mangled and shrivelled and nothing like the picture you ordered. Everything was wrong they couldn't even get the box of chocolates right, sending a miniature box. So dissapointing!!The worst part is they don't even respond to emails. Still waiting one week later. Would have been better off picking flowers out of the bin.

Shame on me. Should of read the reviews of this company before making a purchase.I ordered an expensive bunch of flowers for my partner’s birthday as we were isolating with COVID. But on delivery I was left ashamed and embarrassed by the flowers delivered. I spent over $100 on a big boquete of “blue and white flowers” but sent a basic small bunch of mostly cheap daisies, something akin to what you find at the service station on the freeway to bumf**k nowhere. I would of been better off walking around the neighbourhood picking flowers out of gardens coughing on everyone with COVID and would of stilled produced something nicer than what this companies florist can produce.I was offered a $20 voucher for the company in compensation…which I can only imagine would only get me a couple of dried up-passed their prime foliages from the gutter out the front of their scam factory. DO NOT RECOMMEND! what a waste of money!!!!!!! I would like a refund, minus $20 of what I think my flowers are actually worth. Otherwise the ombudsman’s will be getting a letter about this company….

We received this flower order from friends for the passing of our mother, and to be perfectly honest they are an embarrassment! I'd hate to know what our friends paid for them, the flowers look like the cheap bouquets you buy in Coles/Woollies when they have been on display for several days.BUT it doesn't end there unfortunately...we received their order 2 TIMES before Christmas & today (early Jan). Both times the flowers were halfway to being dead. Photo's attached are of the 2nd flower deliver received today. The first bouquet the lilies never even opened up.On the box are instructions on what to do with flowers when received, it mentions plant food, YEP none of that in either of the flowers delivered, in fact no water pouch was present either!I know I'll definitely NOT be using this company for any of my flower deliveries.

My daughter arranged for flowers to be sent for my birthday. I received a post office parcel card in the letterbox the day before she asked for them to be delivered to my door. I collected my parcel the same day as I received the card. It was the flowers.They were tied together with a cable tie and had no water source. They had wilted.the box had Australia Post label clearly saying deliver on my birthday day.So - not delivered. WRONG Day. Half dead. Packaged poorly. Non delivery by Australia Post.Update: daughter contacted them. They would not refund. So i got a basket of various chocolates ... most yuck. Delivered to post office again.DON'T USE THIS COMPANY.

My step daughter ordered Lavender roses to be delivered for mother's day.. She got a message on mother's day to say to wouldn't get there until the Tuesday. That was OK, cause we understood they were busy. Nothing arrived Tuesday or Wednesday. She kept following up and got no response. On Thursday the flowers below arrived. They were wilting and not lavendar and a Teddy bear came, that was not part of her order. Shame on this business for charging a fortune and delivering wilted half dead flowers. I'm considering taking this to consumer affairs as we can understand being late due to demand but not acceptable to deliver half dead flowers!!
