Absolutely disgusted by their service, this is not the first time, I keep coming back thinking they’ll be improvement. They’ll tell you it’s half and hour wait however you will wait for 1 hour or even over. The staff are so slow and inexperienced. I use to work in nandos in 2016 and no matter how busy it gets the staff always delivered and did their best. Customer service here is absolutely rediculous . The older lady that works here is rude and very slow. I will not be eating here again. Go elsewhere if you don’t want any disappointments. I am disgusted

First time eating at this restaurant chain, and I was disappointed with the meal. I had an Avo burger ( cant remember the exact name) and it was very small, the avocado was hard. The bread also didn't look fresh. The price was way too high for such a simple burger of that size. Very disappointing and I won't be spending money there again.

Nandos is delicious here, the food is delicious and great and the chips are amazing. It will take a bit to get your food but it is served with freshness and warmth which shows that it’s still fresh and delicious. Anyways, I love the chips and chicken here whenever I eat with my family.

I have visited this restaurant quite a few times and I'm torn every time.The food is great, healthy, fresh and tasty.However the service is just awful. Very rude, dismissive. Have to chase up drinks and or food and orders are wrong.I am a member of perks but as yet there has always been an excuse as to why I can't use them.The tables are never cleaned and most of the time you have to clean them yourself.They seem to give more preference to all the delivery partner orders. I get this is hard but have someone who can manage properly.

If you are reading this and considering going here... Do not. 45 minute wait time on anything, which we obliged and ordered anyway. Before ordering we are already seeing customers send back cold chips and soggy meals. (not sure how when we are waiting for it to be cooked for 40 minutes).After 40 minutes of waiting, we get my partner's Pita meal and chips with cold chicken in the pita so not sure where it came from, and not only cold but OLD chips. Hot chips go a bit soggy as they age, these chips have been left somewhere for a lengthy period of time and re used. We complained and got chips that I think were re-heated? Had to ask them twice for the remaining parts of our order and finally my large chips came, only to find that they have put fresh chips on top, and cold, old chips underneath. Absolutely disgusting behaviour from staff who are handling others people's foods. The staff also visibly eye rolling at customers when anything is returned.Do not give this store your money, it honestly needs to be closed and whoever is responsible for the service and food standards needs to find another career lane. 1 star is too generous.

An oasis of calm in the busy Grand Plaza food court. This store is always clean and the staff are excellent. It is very busy, so there can be a little wait for your meal. There is a link to the menu so that you can order ahead or from your table. Staff are always happy to help with your order. If you eat in store there is a nice selection of tables inside and outside to eat at, and I have always been pleased to see how clean it is kept. There is a sink and soap available for hand washing. A very busy store, so expect a little wait, but the food is fresh and delicious.

The worse nandos I've ever been to. Don't bother gong there, the chicken really dry, no flavour. I asked for extra basin on the chicken, the cook said she couldn't add anymore. It tasted like it was left over from someone else and it was just re-heated. They didn't even have hand soap to wash my hands!! I wouldn't even give 1 start, I give them 0 stars!!!!

Customer service was disgusting and staff had no manners. No one bother to fill cutlery. Dirty dishes was left on table for soo long.feel disgusting.Never going back.

Been a hot minute since I've been to nandos. This will definitely be my last visit. The gentleman serving us had almost 0 personality. Nandos prides itself on being a restaurant and not a store. To be honest it felt like neither. The food was average at best. Didn't upsell, merely told us we would get small drinks with our meal. We had to prompt him that we wanted meals. The fact you're completely cashless now makes me wonder how many people walk away. Wait times are horrendous. 30minutes even during a busy service I can understand but 40? Come on now. Chips severely over cooked.Tables are filthy. Staff standing around. These guys need some serious training. This was our clean table". When you spend $45 on 2 people you expect a bit better than this. Especially with grill'd across from us. Know where I'll be dining next time."

Few times came here order take away, service was too slow, have to wait 20-30 mins for simple order, restaurant wasn't busy at that time, still can't figure out how the staff manage, need to improve the speed.
