Great help offered

First - thank you to the front desk service man at Techworks in Osborne Park WA and Alap from Telstra. I have a S20+ phone through Telstra which when I made a call then turned on the speaker the recipient of the call could not hear me. Alap after looking at the phone suggested that I attend Techworks as it could take up to 2 or 3 weeks to have it resolved through the Telstra service system. I was apprehensive and even considered updating my phone to the S22. However I went to Techworks and I have to say I have not received such excellent service for such a long time. He listened to me intently, noted my concerns, carried out some basic system testing in front of me and asked if I could wait a moment and he would take a look out the back and I said ok. In less than 10 minutes he came back and explained simply what the issue was and that he had resolved 99% - I had the screen protector replaced and some of the glue had seeped into a number of speakers (there are 6). I asked if he could test the phone in front of me by making a call and using the speaker and it worked immediately. His attention to the issues with my mobile and speed with which he resolved them was amazing all completed without technobabble - I am in my late sixties and he is in his 20. A true gentleman and clearly an asset to the owner of the Business. I highly recommend Techworks and will go back to them again should the need arise. Thanks again, Paul
