Just wanted to acknowledge the staff at the Strathpine Mylestones Employment office for their professional and personable services over the last two years.Their understanding and compassion shone through as they listened and tailored the relevant support to my situation.I do want to thank and recognize the whole staff but especially the manager Anna, whose knowledge and direction to the appropriate channels brought about the right outcome.Also a shout out to others who had a part in my journey....Nic and Mo who patiently assisted me along the way.Then, last but not least a huge thanks to Michael Mills whose knowledge and wisdom made all the difference to guide and support me through this time.Thankyou one and all at Mylestones Strathpine for keeping to your mission statement !You are a credit to your service industry !Peter Matthews.

Shout out to Nikki (would have given 1 star if it weren't for you) for being the best JDO out there - Don't worry we haven't forgotten, nor forgiven what happened. If anyone set the standard for genuineness and compassion for clients, it was you - the rest pale into complete insignificance. Frankly had a gutful of conflicting, contradictory information (either deliberate and or otherwise) bordering on incompetence that led to my personal departure as well. As they say, always seek a second (or sometimes even third, fourth etc.) opinion and don't rely for matters to be resolved properly in-house - at least to your satisfaction anyway. Most importantly...WATCH YOUR BACK!Tip for the management: Don't assume us clients are there to seek 'counselling', despite what you allege was entered on the system by a certain JDO'! - Yes Anna, that means you! Just because your staff resign, doesn't mean to say clients don't have ways of finding out.

Poor Service ....the staff where rude and I requested help with course in which they didn't listen or where not willing to pay $85 dollars had pay myself ...disgraceful

Great staff.

Avoid this place, they are slow, unresponsive, terrible communication and worst listeners. They will not check up on you. They will not make sure your work is ok. They will not pick up their phone and they will not uphold their end of the bargain. Disgraceful work ethic, will be looking elsewhere for the 5th time.When Nikki was there, she was the heart and soul. She set a high bar and a shining example. The rest of them have never, not even once did what she did.
