Ordered 2 Vege sensation, which comes with guacamole, got no guacamole the rest of the filling was sadly lacking, went to complain on line but can't without a receipt number, which wasn't offered, I wonder why. Won't be back

Extremely upset and disappointed. Me and my boyfriend ordered uber eats seperately from this subway. I ordered 3 cookies and a wrap. Bag had my name on it so i knew it was mine. When I opened it however there were no cookies. This was a shame but not a big deal. Took a few bites of the wrap when i realised something was off - it was CHICKEN. Not a veggie patty. This was an extremely distressing experience as i am VEGAN. Was insanely upset. Called the store and they couldn’t get their story straight. First the lady said that it was a trainee that made it but later said that she was the one who made it and was very careful about changing her gloves? Was apparently nothing they could do. My boyfriend called and a man answered the phone and then very rudely hung up on him. Money wasted. Food wasted. Went hungy. Very upset.

First visit and honestly won’t be back. Very stingy on the salads, sad when I can count the pieces of carrot & lettuce and the guy started to move my sub on before he even put on the cucumber and olives I’d asked for. Interestingly my husband who was served by someone else got a far better ratio of salad on his. No consistency. Will stick to Albany Creek in future to get value and actually enjoy my sub.

This is the saddest sub I've ever had. I ordered after hours about midnight, wrote everything I wanted on paper. What I received through the box was not what I ordered. What I asked for was toasted, extra olives and all the salads. I got not toasted, no olives barely any salad. It was more bread than anything else. I didn't realise until I had already drove home and started eating. I feel ripped off. I won't be back

Won't be coming back. Staff are rude, left me in the middle of my order to start flirting with a delivery driver.Subway have also put their prices up to the point that it's not worth it anymore.

Honestly very disappointing salad wasn't fresh. There prices are more expensive than other subway stores. Will definitely never eat there again.

This is the best subway store i have ever been to. All staff members are extremely friendly and always carry a smile on their faces. I have been in the store so many times and every single time my experience has been better than before. You can go to this store without knowing what you want to eat and the staff will recommend you delicious and different sandwiches every single time. They make sure every customer is attended to properly every single time even in busy lunch hours. Best customer service and quality i have ever received.

Went to subway to get a sub and was served by a great man who is amazingly attractive called Luke. Amazing customer service and very cute. The sub was delicious. 100000/10 experience
