Absolutely dreadful people, mistreating my daughter and trying to make her overpay for simple repairs, would not recommend! Highly demeaning customer service. -5* if it were possible.

I have dealt with Spectron for 10 years and have had nothing but wonderful service.The gutless Ivory Tickler who names everyone else but not himself is a serial pest in Ipswich. He is harassing, degrading and defaming businesses in the area and has been legally sued. PLEASE DO NOT READ HIS REVIEWS THEY ARE INACCURATE ACCOUNTS OF THE EVENTS FOR ALL OF US BUSINESS OWNERS WHO HAVE BEEN UNFORTUNATE ENOUGH TO TRY TO HELP HIM.

A proverbial shocker. 'Dave', the owner evidently, rendered job with complete disregard to specifications. Then refused to acknowledge or address anything in a reasonable or responsible fashion. Go figure. Cannot recommend.
