Very Rude.. you Ask them for a Price on a Pool and they just ignore you.. dont care About there customers. Very Rude staff. Would never Recommend

A crack developed in the deformed(arrived like that in 2003) top of one of my 23000 litre tanks in 2011. They came and repaired it by using a plastic welder. The crack reappeared this year but they wouldn't repair it as I don't have my original warranty documents. This is correct, but I don't remember receiving any. In any case they won't repair the crack because the failure is my fault because my overflows must have blocked up. This is incorrect . The tank inlet is screened. There is only water in the tank and I have 3 outlets and only one inlet. I would never deal with this business again. They invent scenarios and lie to avoid honouring their warranty on a product that is faulty.

Great service! I bought my water tanks from Polyworld. Received good advice and brilliant service. So much so that when I needed to replace water troughs did not even think of going anywhere else. Would highly recommend Polyworld.

Easy to deal with. The schooner pool is great. Leit was good to deal with. The pool is wet.

The experience with Liat was five stars! And the delivery from Scotty was ten stars!! He was determined to get the pool where it needed to be all the while with a smile on his face. I have a daughter with a disability and he was outstanding with her and allowing her to be part of the delivery. All round a great experience with the company, would recommend to anyone.

Brought a seconds pool ( cheaper) under the impression it was only to be discolored ( as their website stated) which l didn't mind but not bent out of shape and twisted along the top which makes the pool look very uneven.Was told when filled with water it will come back into shape. Not sure if i had spent the extra $$ to get a normal Coloured one the mould would have been better to. Not happy with the shape at all very disappointed and no follow up when l ​mention this to them

to the owners response to Peter Grahams review of your service and follow up, under NO TIME has our pump EVER been UNDER ANY WATER. You state this was said and that is a blatant lie from you and your company. Your companies representatives are rude and this pump is part of your pool package, therefore it is your responsibility.

Extremely poor customer service. No response what so ever re email inquiry. Face to face not much better. No attempt to assist in a simple replacement of a assessory for watertank.
