Wait couple weeks or even longer to have someone coming for the hot water issue. And never get email response from property manager. This is the first time we rent a house through a real estate agent. Now we moved to another house with new rental agent, now I can tell the difference between these agents bcz the new agent have better and faster service and response:)

poor business call people names and very rude and no way you get to speak to someone u want they pass u around the office until u hang up or get called names lol joke of a business juile that's why we moved out and took you to tribunal hahahaha

I would suggest in future being honest with your tenants about what’s going on. Lied to about lease renewal and was told property isn’t being maintained when in reality they just wanted to raise the rent $100. I would not suggest renting through harcourts unless you want to be waiting a minimum of a year for maintenance to be done. Yard was supposed to be taken care of but parts have overgrown so much it’s become an inconvenience. Unless you want a permanent headache and a broken property, I would suggest looking elsewhere.

I have never in my life had someone be so rude when asking about maintenance, is it a crime to want a house fixed when things within the property were broken upon moving in. Can not keep up with maintenance and when asked about it I copped a mouth full of abuse. Would NOT recommend dealing with these guys

It is unfortunate that the staff at this business are rude and have no idea how to treat their customers. To not want to understand or be empathetic towards you is an understatement. To have had plenty of time to have things fixed at the rental beggars belief and their denial that nothing is wrong. I wouldn’t be surprised if the landlord doesn’t know what is going on. Would never recommend or use this business in the future and will ensure that my very wide circle of friends and acquaintances are made aware of this.

As a Landlord, communication was always up to date, efficient, professional and never too much trouble.Nick and his team of property managers are amazing to work with, even from afar.We were always informed of maintenance or tenant issues and after they were addressed, we always had an email or call to let us know of the result.Would highly recommend their services.

I have had terrible agents in the past and all I wanted to do is sell the property.I hired Harcourts Gawler property management over 10 years ago and they deal with everything professionally, they even do the insurance claims for me and I don’t have to worry about a thing.Everything gets sorted by Julie Thring and her team and I don’t have headaches over the property since.Highly recommended. The reviews that they are rude are unfounded I have been with them 10 years plus they are very professional. Probably disgruntled tenants that didn’t get approved because they actually DO check their background.

Very rude and no communication at all. Most of the younger girls are nice it's just a couple of the older females that are very rude and disrespectful towards people.
