Absolutely exceeded expectations. Going into selling my house I was worried about what agent would be the best for my circumstances as this whole sale has been a bit emotional - but Elton has been both the best agent and person for this house. Elton consistently went above and beyond in terms of selling our house and looking at rentals for us as well. Everything he said was backed with years of experience and no one else knows the housing market like he does. Not only was he constantly in contact with me to ensure we were on the same page but be was patient and willing to talk me through every step of the process to make sure I was comfortable with what was happening. I couldn’t recommend Elton enough, he was very considerate and kind while doing the absolute best he could selling our house, if we would have picked another agent I can honestly say I doubt we would have gotten the offer we did. Elton harassed me for years to sell. Turns up at yr door without permission, messages ect. When time to sell turned up no sit down talk no paperwork nothing. He just states stuff. I had to ask for the information in writing three days later. Two pages of costs only. Also 50k smaller.

Excellent Service. Elton have help me speed up the process with details required for the purchase of my property. Usually it would take 2-3 days going thru both side solicitor but he was able to provide these within 24hrs. With his help I was able to proceed a lot quicker with my property purchase.

Very very dishonest people. Paul Berti and Elton Jardine first urge you to pay the deposit and sign the contract, and then sell the property to another bidder without informing you. They even covered it up with a nonsensical lie that the vendor suddenly withdrew the property from the market, which makes their dishonesty even worse. It reminds me of the famous quote from Solzhenitsyn, “We know they are lying, they know they are lying, they know we know they are lying, we know they know we know they are lying, but they are still lying.”We will never have any dealings with Starr Partners Campbelltown, whether buying or selling.
