Had to give 1 star as would let me post it without it. Most dodgy company out there, would give rediculous assessment for claims if repair work is not worth their while. We had a assessor come in who spent less than 5mins at the property doing assessment during recent storms, for a storm damage claim. The estimator has given a estimate of $1132.29 and recommended the claim be denied. I have called the company I told them I will pay them out of my own pocket for them to come and fix it for that price. I was told oh we don't dont do private repairs and rudely hung up, now they won't even answer the phone. Avoid them like a plague.

Unfortunately you cannot give zero stars. NRMA contracted assessor made a 5 minute assessment, did not even look at all the damage. Would not look at any photographic or video evidence of the storm damage which is time and date stamped. I would not pay this company a dollar to do any work because they are clearly dishonest and have no scruples in doing over hard working Aussies to benefit the inusrance company. If NRMA offer to send these guys make sure you ask for someone else.

These people work for the NRMAThey sent a so called expert to investigate my flood damage and the dumbo wrote 2 words NOT COVERED"This company did not even know my cover with NRMATHEY DELAYED MY CLAIM FOR 5 MONTHS CAUSING MY TENANTS WHO ARE EXPECTING A BABY TO LIVE WITH MOULD BEFORE NRMA PAID FOR MY DAMAGE.I WILL NOT RENEW WITH NRMA AGAIN BECAUSE OF THESE INCOMPETENTS"

NRMA contracted Ensure to carry out repairs on my home, they didn't communicate with me at anytime, when I called them no one had any idea what was going on, when the repairs were finally done after a 3 month run around the quality of workmanship was 2 out of 5

Like all the other reviews, these guys were terrible! NRMA assigned them and I spent 5 months (and 40 emails, almost entirely unanswered) to get them to assess (not even fix - just assess) a $7000 claim. It was like pulling teeth to get an answer, and even harder to get them to turn up or do anything. Very cursory examination, zero responsiveness, unbelievably slow. Like everyone else, I wish I could give them 0 stars. Enough to make me think about getting rid of NRMA after 27 happy years!

Re Ensure. What an amazing experience in dealing with this company. Ensure have made a major positive difference to the insurance process. They acted swiftly once the insurer gave them the go ahead. The dealings from management down to reception and work crews were utmost in professionalism courteous helpful and total disclosure on where things were upto. Nothing was a problem. The jobs were various and done in timely consistent manners and I have nothing but praise. I fully recommend ensure to any insurance company. An absolute pleasure to deal with.

I had such a positive experience with Ensure Constructions from the initial review of the work that needed to be completed, to the last. I had reservation with going with Ensure because of the Google reviews that I had read, but am so glad that I did. They, Ensure Constructions, and Kevin, who was my contact throughout the process, made it effortless. I would have no hesitation in recommending them or using them in the future.
