Got my favourite in a flayva wrap, it's expensive but very flavourful.Ordered at 6pm and restaurant was very busy so it took a while to get the order.

4 out of 5 times this place is great for chicken and chips. Service has always been great. Location and atmosphere is pretty lacklustre but it is what it is.

Victoria Point - Drive thru line up out of the carpark.. parked and went to front door to find scrawled sign stating “store shut - use drive thru”. No reason.. no apology.. nothing. Went through drive thru, and had to repeat my order my three combo meals multiple times till they understood and got it right.. then told I had to wait 10mins for fried chicken. Waited my 10 mins and then had to remind them I should get 3 drinks instead of the two offered (three that I already ordered when ordering the combos!). Terrible… greasy (the BBQ was okay though)

On Xmas day I went to your store as you advertised you were open I went in and asked for 2 chickens and was asked if I had ordered them. I advised that the advertising doesn’t have a requirement to preorder I was then told that it was a bit much for us to display that. When you advertise you are open then you expect to be able to plan your needs around suppliers advertised offering as I did not booking me entire Xmas lunch was ruined. Your staff member dared to then say that she was working on Xmas day for my benefit and than refused to serve me and walked away.I WILL NEVER UTILISES Red Rooster again and I make sure other will be told the lack of customer service your organisation provides.

I work for Uber and came here to pick up an order. I was told it was a 10 minute wait. After 15 minutes they asked what I was waiting on before realising they handed the order to the wrong person. They just said sorry and let me walk out the store empty handed. Wasted my time and the poor person getting uber eats. Didn't even offer to remake it.

Last Friday I bought lunch though the drive though and the attendant had the worst attitude that I have ever encountered.He was obviously annoyed about something and was abrupt in the way he spoke and was sighing and shaking his head about something.But when handed me my food, he shoved though my window so hard that it hit me in the face.He then just turned and walked away. Not a thank you"
