Top Cat Boarding
They are only with the cats for an hour in morning and an hour in evening. The cages are small and my cat came home meowing all night after a week there. I found Carole obnoxious and rude after a misunderstanding about me paying for 2 extra days for a previous visit. Had the door slammed in my face. Very disappointed after a lovely holiday. We won't be back to this crazy cat lady.

would highly recommend Top Cat Boarding. Owner Carole was extremely friendly, helpful with taking our cat Smokie for her vaccination and doing her flea treatment. will definately be using Top Cat again. Thanks again Carole for having Smokie

Carole is amazing!I can not recommend her highly enough. I felt totally at peace leaving our 'Melody' with her and when I returned she was happy and well fed.If I were a cat, I would want to be staying Top Cat.Thanks Carole.

Left my two with top cat boarding the the weekend, my cats have come home so relaxed and not stressed at allCarole’s sister checked my two in and she was lovely gave me a relaxing feeling for leaving my two beingCarole checked my two out who was also lovely too. From the book in phone call to collection I was very happy and impressed. She’s lived up to what I’ve been told. The rooms are lovely and a good space especially with two cats will have to try and book them in for my next trip away

Left our Sammy with Carole for 2 weeks and I'm not sure she wanted to come home. The 'rooms' are excellent with lots of space and all a cat needs/wants. Carole spends time with her guests individually, giving cuddles and time.Highly recommended.

Carole is fantastic! We put our ragdoll Blue in for 3 days and he loved it. The set up is incredible, Carole has thought of everything and the cats are very well looked after. Definitely recommend Top Cat, we'll be going back⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Sebastian is a mummy's boy. He hates to be parted from her. So it was with some trepidation that we arranged to board him while we went north for a few days. Not only was he wonderfully looked after by Carol and team but she sent us a pic of him happily resting while we were parted from him. It reassured us that he was indeed receiving 5 Star care. His demeanour and state of health when we picked him up was so very good. Thank you very much for caring for Sebastian. Chris Parsons

Paid three day deposit Oct 1 and two days later cancelled due COVID.Subsequent requests for bookings since then were met with we don’t acceptCats on holidays and long weekend etcI have requested a refund and was told that I was very rude and don’t everRequest my Lucy be boarded there again
