Best Price Auto.What a cracking team. Friday morning ute lost power. Asked townie to take me to BPA. Was expecting to the ute being there for a few working days. The crew started work within the hour and had it back early Monday morning. Major service plus timing belt. Great crew and fair price. Special mention to Tabytha. Thanks everybody. Alberto

Don’t be fooled by the 4.8 star google reviews! I have NEVER left a negative review in my life but after such a shocking experience I’d like others to be aware. I would never recommend Best Price Auto. Was quoted $260 for a service and as I was leaving I was told they would call if they need to do anything further. Was charged $380 upon arrival with no prior communication. SURPRISE!All they had to say for themselves was ‘sorry’ and we never quoted you $260 followed by a condescending comment ‘ we will put a note next to your name saying you want every little thing communicated even if it’s $6’ when they actually charged me $120 extra. Of course customers want an extra $120 price tag communicated! You can’t just expect people to be ready to pay an extra $120.Was looking forward to being a regular since it is so close to home, not anymore. A smart business move would be to meet somewhere in the middle with the customer to ensure both parties are happy, but clearly don’t care about their customers.Will not be recommending to any friends or family on the gc!! Back on the hunt for a company that knows how to communicate and actually care about their customers!

Best, reliable, honest mechanics ever! Been taking my different cars here for neatly 20 years. Advice has always been spot on and I have never felt ripped off or over charged. Mandy is so helpful to deal with and the same with all the workshop boys especially Tony and Alan. They have helped me with finding new cars and given solid advice. As a female who knows nothing about cars, I can always be assured I'm getting the best service every time.

My wife went there with her car and the man helped her and fix her door ,thanks so much ,is good to find good people.Highly recommended
