Absolutely amazing! I came here for the first time today and am very particular about my brows and they did such a good job i love them! Highly recommend for brow shaping and other threading.

Not very good service. Unhygienic. The lady that did my eyebrows I watched as she didn’t wash her hands or sanitise between clients. She held the string in her mouth. Also dropped eyebrow scissors on the floor then proceeded to use them. My eyebrows are uneven very unhappy.

Customer service is pretty much non existent, when you’re waiting for your service to be done they look at you as if they’re annoyed that you turned up and hate that now you’ve made their kiosk wait longer. They’re good in terms of actually performing the service but the dirty looks you get from them and how they ignore you until there’s nobody else to serve and you’re next - really ruins your mood. They don’t tell you how long it will be or even greet you while you wait - which is seriously basic, entry-level customer service knowledge.

Very pleasant, Great vibe and friendly, helpful staff, use good quality products. I was thrilled with my eyebrow, wax and facial. She took her time and treated me very well, told me what she recommended and the outcome was perfect. Their extensive knowledge and skill are truly unmatched. I will be back for more services!

Worst threading I have got. she made bad eyebrow shape. She was using the threading so sharp. She didn’t even stop after releasing that she is hurting me. I’m very disappointed from her services.she didn’t apply powder and no cream.

i went to get eyebrow threading and tint and my eyebrows are so uneven and my eyebrows aren’t even tinted. don’t recommend

Literally the only place I trust with my eyebrows, been coming here for over a year and never had a bad experience. They also do amazing lash lifts and tints! Highly recommend coming here :)

Had my eyebrows threaded and tinted here today. The girls were really nice and they did a really great job on my brows. Will definitely be back.
