Good advice and service from staff

I needed some advice about a hair colour that would extend the life of a semi permanent colour I'd just had put in the day before and got nothing from the woman serving me except her credentials. She mentioned twice that she was a professional" hairdresser (is there any other kind?) and that she's had 30 yrs experience. She would show me a swatch of colours and then go on to explain why it would'nt work for me. She actually showed me a hair swatch which was bluetacked to the wall high above me that I couldn't see and didn't offer to take it down so I could look at it. I had to strain my eyes trying to find a suitable colour while she served another customer
