I have never been treated to badly as a customer!With general concerns about and edible gift for great grandmothers birthday i have to be 100% sure that the product is safe for her to eat upon gifting.I ordered custom printed macarons last weeked and received shippinng details on Wednesday the 7th which was great! But my estimated shipping date is friday the 16th of march and i was told the standard delivery is 3 days by wrapped and they are good for 10-12 days.. my shipping estimates means i would be receiving out of date biscuits. So i contracted them again showing concerns and was told the first lot of information was wrong and they are good for 10-12 days after delivery and still told standard delivery should only be 3 days.Thats when i contacted Amazeology to confirm they never replied to my first facebook message so i commented on her post advertising the page, where she told me to email her or give me her email, i never received an email.So i then i live messaged them on their website.Very frustrating when they wouldnt answer my actual question.And when they did oh my god they were rude!As soon as i told them i would be leave a review on their page they turned reviews off so i was unable to post.And only then did i receive an email after she had already messaged my facebook telling me how unfair it is that i post a review.So im pretty sure this is a regular occurrence!

Excellent service with extremely quick delivery. Our fortune cookies were delivered to our wedding venue on time and looked absolutely beautiful and tasted so fresh!

I ordered $350 worth of fortune cookies for my wedding in 2 months time. The advice on their website said the shelf life was 3 months. When they arrived they were great but 2 months later the fortune cookies didn't crack. I'm disappointed that I have to leave a negative review and I couldn't resolve the issue. They gave me a $50 refund but this doesn't close to resolving the issue. Their fortune cookies don't last long and the website is misleading -- I hope they change it.

We ordered fortune cookies with personalised stickers for our wedding. There was a problem with the courier so Amazeology organised another delivery service to deliver ASAP so that they would arrive by our wedding. We couldn’t be more happy with the cookies and packaging, and our guests loved them. By the end of the night all the spares had been snatched up! Great product and service!
