!!!!!!!!!!DON’T GO TO THIS SMASH REPAIR SHOP!!!!!!!!Spoke to Dave on the phone told me to come in for a quote on my car. When I came in I was given the run around and then spoke to Allan out side about the damage, rudest man I’ve met. He started to yell and carry on when I just asked questions as it my first accident. I drive out on him. I then called up one day later as asked by my insurance company and got ally was very short with me and rude.I’ve since called my insurance company and took this matter to them and they have put me to a different smash shop in the areaDon’t go to this smash repair shop the only nice part about this experience was talking to Dave on the phone.

Honestly not much you can say about service as there really isnt any at all. Absolute mess in communication from staff and owner and to top it off workmanship is terrible everything from paintwork to missing parts as dodgy as it comes...

rudest customer service, half of them don't know how to do their job they had my car for almost 6 months because one of their workers took my radiator off which didnt need to happen ( as told by 4 other smash repairers) and didnt fill it back up with water resulting in my head blowing and when I called to tell them I got told to keep driving then taking 5 months to replace a motor because the boss was only in 1 day a week and was the only one who could approve anything. He then kept dodging calls or if we called would hang up or tell me he would call back later but never did. couldn't give me information about my car. couldn't tell me where my car was or what the name of the mechanics shop it was at and would constantly lie about things going on with my car like told me they had just sent off the head to be machined then a week later we would call again and he would ask if we wanted to replace the motor! It is absolutely a joke. fair trading had to intervene just so I could get my car back before christmas. WORST REPAIR SHOP IVE EVER BEEN TO.

Something that was a complicated process certainly was made easy at Narellan Smash for me the staff were a great help and repaired my car back to the highest of standards!Cant ask for much more definitely recommend!

New Management makes a world of difference, thanks to the ladies in the office my vehicle repairs may have been longer then expected and a slight delay but your services have been great.

Absolute waste of time, dodgy from when you walk in the door with a sign saying cash only. Waited over a week for a quote, to then call and ask an eta, to be told it was done and they will email me, no email, I’ve given my email to them three times both verbal and written and they still haven’t sent anything out

The rudest receptionist I have ever dealt with.As someone who works with customers all day myself I understand it can be frustrating but there is no need for the attitude . As first point of call for a customer you need to be helpful not rude and careless. Myself plus another member of my family have both experienced the lack of customer service and the little we got was just terrible. I will not be referring anyone to your business .

The worst experience I have ever had dealing with an owner that is to say the least an awful, arrogant, angry, tempered, unprofessional, (a-hole) in my whole life. Called regarding, a misunderstanding of a payment issue (ripped us off, will not get into the details) ended the conversation in absolute tears. I have never ever had to end a conversation with a professional in tears. The amount of anger, and unprofessionalism, rudeness and yelling that came out of Allans mouth was shocking, upsetting and left me in absolute shock. Especially given that he is a director of the company, you would assume that you wouldn't get yelled at and hung up on. Just no willingness to hear our situation, our problem, our complaint. I don't even care about the original issue that we had to begin with, I'm just in absolute disbelief that he didn't have the dignity or the humility to listen to a costumer, to offer some sort of solution, or just some understanding. No one has ever spoken to me the way that Allan has,or I should say yelled and I mean both professionally and personally. It was actually a very traumatising experience, and I am certain that I have not been the only one that has ever had such an experience with Allan. After getting hung up on by him, I proceeded to call back the receptionist and explain to her how upset and traumatic the conversation was with Allan, and that I would like to speak with someone else , to which she didn't even bother listening and just transferred me right back to him, only to get yelled at even more and hung up on again. In tears I called the body perfect group in Bankstown (they're related), and a lovely receptionist named Monica actually did her job and had the humility to actually listen to my complaint and problem but not only that she actually comforted me and agreed that the treatment I received from Allan and his team was not right in any book. Overall, this has been the worst experience I have ever had to deal with and will be taking this further to consumer complaints. I would not ever in a million years recommend Narellen Smash repairs to anyone, and in fact I will deter as many potential clients as I possibly can to prevent anyone else from having to deal with Allan and his team. So if you're looking for a smash repairs? Definitely don't choose this one.

10/10 service! My car was dropped off on a Friday afternoon with a smashed tail light. I didn't know that I was unable to drive the car. The team organised me a car to get me and my sons around in, whilst my car was being repaired. Called them on the Monday as the i needed to return the hired car and organise another one (insurance issue). The guys said the would do their best to get it done before the Friday (as I was meant to get it back then). It was ready in the Wednesday! I am so thankful to Joel and the lovely receptionsist for making my stressful situation into a pleasent one. Thank you all again! I really appreciate tour hat work!
