Comfy Cats

Excellent facility to keep cats cared for whilst owners are out of town. The woman who works here though seriously lacks compassion. I told her the reason why I couldn't come in straight away to pick up my cat - my pet rabbit had to be euthanised that day and the lack of compassion from her over the phone was mind boggling. At least she apologised which I am thankful for but it did leave me angry and seriously considering whether I'd return or not. Darren is so friendly, he really left me feeling happy that my cat was in good hands.

Darren and the Comfy Cats team are WONDERFUL CAT PEOPLE.Binney (my fur baby) is LOVED ++++. I was quite stressed at having to find a cattery for her for the first time away from home.... but now I know, Darren and the Comfy Cats team are caring, kind and accommodating to all their 'visiting cats'. Each cat has dedicated time for play and roaming daily.Everywhere I looked the place was so clean!! It was bright and airy and the cats were all relaxed and happy in their own spaces!! Darren and Comfy Cats team are true cat people who understand how fussy some owners can be over their cats. But they also clearly love cats!!Binney was fortunate to stay in the Studio room (spacious, good toys and climbing playgrounds) during her stay. Next time no stress at all when we travel as I know Binney is safe, loved and happy at Comfy Cats!Thanks again Darren!

We left our cat Percy at Comfy Cats, originally for about two weeks, while we moved interstate and househunted in Adelaide. The hunt took much longer than anticipated and we ended up calling Darren several times and extending Percy's stay to nearly two months. Darren was friendly and accommodating every time, and always updated us on how Percy was doing. We have our boy back now, and he's as happy and healthy as ever. It was comforting during a stressful time to know Percy was being so well cared for. Highly recommend Comfy Cats - wouldn't leave our cat anywhere else.

My cat has stayed at Comfy Cats twice now and I am very pleased with her care. The people who run Comfy Cats are clearly people who love animals and probably spoil my fur baby as much as I do! Very clean and large enclosures. Would recommend to any people who obsess about their fur baby as much as I do.

Having taken both of my cats here for years, I know they will be well cared for. Darren is very accommodating and he gets to know the cats individual personalities. Our girls come home glossy, relaxed and happy. They get looked after beautifully each time. The cattery is clean and comfortable. Darren has helped us out with pick-up and drop-off in many occasions and is a lovely genuine person.

The customer service was amazing. My cat Riley boarded with them and I was totally satisfied with the service. The manager was very friendly too. Would definitely consider using them again.

Wonderful facility and Darren is great and clearly dedicated to providing a caring environment for his 'boarders'. Have used the facility a number of times and my cat always comes home relaxed and healthy. Highly recommended

Comfy cats is a cozy, clean and well kept cattery that will take away any apprehension a cat owner would have about a boarding home. Hugo was going to be away from me for the first time but he thoroughly enjoyed his stay and even made new friends! I would highly recommend Comfy Cats :-)

I'm just about to make another booking with Comfy Cats for my 2 cats and its time I left a review, as I have lost count of the number of times they have been taken care of by the wonderful owners. I wouldn't leave my cats with anyone else and knowing they are being taken care of so lovingly while I am away gives me great comfort and peace of mind. This time cousin Dallas, will be staying as well. They come home relaxed and happy every time.

Our three cats, 2 Siamese and an Oriental, spent five weeks at this wonderful establishment. The boys were fit and healthy when we picked them up and it was obvious that they had been better than well looked after. In fact, I think that Hobbes wanted to stay there rather than come home!!I would have no hesitation in recommending Comfy Cats to anyone who cares about their babies.
