Hastings Deering Cat Toowoomba

My experience with the field mechanics based in Roma has been pathetic.I had contact details for Brendan Green and trying to organise something with him was impossible. Couldn't leave a message or ring and when I did contact him he put me on to Mat Chambers. Chambers actually came out to my place to check the dozer out and said he would be back in contact to organise repairs etc . That was a month ago. Tried to ring him and sent a text but he didn't even have the courtesy to get back. They promise plenty but deliver nothing. I was then speaking to another hasting deering chap (whose name i cant recall) that had just arrived in roma and he took all my details etc and serial number of tractor etc (D7H)and said he would ring and organise a visit. That was 2 weeks ago and again nothing. My first and only experience with hastings deering has been nothing but disastrous. Obviously not been a big player or big company in the machinery buisness makes you insignificant . It would have been better for them to say that they are to busy and will get back when they are available. But as I said before they promise plenty and deliver nothing
