JRM is genuinely the best place to work. The recruitment team are incredible, super friendly and supportive. You meet so many new people and the work environment really allows you to grow and learn. As a student myself the hours are very flexible and depending on the shift you can even score free meals!The company also provides many incentives to perform well, as well as hold parties to celebrate us as staff and all our achievements!

Normally I don't leave reviews for employers because it's awkward. But JRM is different. The biggest thing for me is the approachability and 'treating me like a human being and not an employee ID' of the office and management of the place. Feels like I'm part of a team of equals.The owner of JRM is one of most humble guys I've met. Literally worked beside him on one of my starting shifts while he was doing grunt chef work and has no idea he was my boss until someone told me. He see's himself as one of us so that's telling for the philosophy of the whole org.

I have worked in a team before. I enjoyed it then, and always thought I knew what it meant to belong somewhere. But, joining the JRM company. Becoming exposed to highly skilled people, and run by caring managers and attentive higher level staff...
