WARNING. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE unless you would like to throw away hundreds of dollars. The service aim property solutions provided me was incomplete and entirely inadequate. The cleaners they sent were entirely incompetent and unable to get the job done, our real estate agents came for the inspection had to literally point out they were missing many simple/basic marks and stains, but even then, they still were unable to actually clean much. I told the administration representative that the property would be in a fairly poor state and she told me it wouldn’t be a problem at all. Clearly not the case. The service cost me $459 and aim property solutions were requesting another $297 to complete the clean with a total of $756, which is not only gross, but a straight up joke. We had to hire real cleaners to do the job (which were considerably cheaper) and they did brilliantly, to quote the realtors “you have been robbed, Sam.”I actually paid an extra $90 for their “Professional Deep steam cleaning”, which literally made the carpets worse and highlighted stains (the realtor compared the previous inspection to after the state of them after aim property solutions tried killing the carpet). The secondary cleaners mentioned they used far too much water, which is why they had horrible results with the carpet. I don’t know about you, but it seems pretty wild to me that when paying extra for a service they literally make it worse.Furthermore, in accordance to aim property solution’s OWN actual terms and conditions in their customer service and complaints section, we are well in the rights for a refund, although despite my extensive efforts in having their staff read their own T&C’s they were still extremely uncooperative.In summary, an extremely expensive service for extremely poor results. I know the above may seem exaggerated, but I assure you it is not. I can personally guarantee that if you use aim property solutions you will not only need to hire other cleaners to get the job you will throw away some $500 dollars or so. If you do have the urge to throw that much money away, please pick a charity and throw it at that.Edit:Bizarre! I literally selected the poorest condition on the online submission form and mentioned the property to be of poor condition on the phone to the admin staff, how can I be more upfront of this?!

ASKED FOR A BOND CLEAN , UPON ARRIVAL WAS CALLED AS THERE WAS APPARENTLY MORE ROOMS TO THE HOUSE. THEY WANTED EXTRA TO DO THE FRONT DOOR ENTRY. WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE CHANGED TO A TIMED CLEAN 2 PEOPLE AT 2.5 HOURS EACH (TOTAL 5 HOURS CLEANING I WAS TOLD). I COULD OF DONE A BETTER JOB.STILL DIRTY AF DUST EVERYWHERE AND WINDOWS NOT CLEANED.ABSOLUTE STITCH UP. THE ONLY THING IM HAPPY WITH IS THE CARPET WHICH THEY SUB CONTRACTED OUT .

DO NOT BOOK! THEY’RE AN ABSOLUTE SHAM!My house mate and I booked them just last week. We lived in a brand new apartment that was (what I’d call) in “good condition” (as expected for a house that’s been lived in & especially after we’ve just moved out). We advised them 2 bed, 2 bath, carpets and everything that comes along with an apartment etc. they quoted, we accepted and paid 1 week in advance.On the day they arrived and took photos of all the messy spots (under where the fridge & washing machine were, inside the oven etc.), spots where you’d expect mess (?? Do they expect you to clean before they come in and clean?). They proceeded to do the “clean”.I then received a call to be advised that the property being in good condition was not in fact the case upon arrival. Upon arrival the property was in their words “poor condition”. They re-quoted and gave us the option for a guaranteed clean if we paid an EXTRA $100 or instead convert it to an hourly clean and the cleaners could do as much as they could in the given time but it wouldn’t be guaranteed because they would not be able to finish. I then disputed this and asked for further clarification as to what their expectations of a “good condition” apartment should look like. Jackie couldn’t answer and insisted she speak to her manager. Jackie came back and advised that the manager could give a discount of $20 and the cleaners would proceed with the clean (mean while the cleaners had already left). After a long heated discussion and still no answers to any of my questions, I paid the $80 to give us the 21 day guarantee, at least.The following day we presented to inspect the “clean”, to find that the carpets had hardly been cleaned (sticky tape tested, picking up hair, lint etc.), the laundry hadn’t been touched, the stove & oven hadn’t been cleaned properly (though we paid extra for “extra chemicals”), windows weren’t clean,The small veranda wasn’t touched nor the connecting glass doors. They didn’t even do a spot wash on the walls (that was quoted but then later we were told it wasn included... it’s all that was needed).After contacting them and advising of the unsatisfactory clean, they comeback, this time our land lord was there and told them what to do, they refused to redo the carpets so instead vacuumed them 3 times, and proceeded to leave the patio & walls (these we had to hire another company to come in and PROFESSIONALLY do, costing us more)!In conclusion, it was an absolute horrible experience hiring this company and I will never hire, nor recommend them to anyone. Their 21-day guarantee is a sham. They quote you to get in the door and find any reason to disqualify their 21-day guarantee to either get out of coming back (after not doing the job properly) or get the extra cash.This company is just a con and you should report any breach of the trade practices act to fair trading to prevent them from cheating other people.

Aim Property Solutions is by far the worst bond cleaning company I have ever used. When they first arrived to the property, they called straight away saying it is not in good condition and charged us extra even though it was a brand new unit and had some scruff marks on the walls and dust on the carpet. The first clean was horrible, basics was not done like mirrors, windows, cupboard grooves, oven wasn't cleaned and more. There was a quick response time as we had paid for the 21 day guarantee but the cleaners only spent an hour the second time and still wasn't up to a normal standard, still had marks on mirrors, windows, grooves still weren't cleaned out even though I clearly requested it and have proof of this - They then proceeded to charge us extra for bits that was already discussed over the phone and agreed that was what l was paying for then say that it wasn't included then couldn't explain why. Will be taking this further to fair trade as my roommate and I had to go back and do their job ourselves and also spent money on another person to clean what they didn't properly. Absolute rip off.

I found your level of professionalism and disagreeable nature to handle my landlords displeasure with the level of work performed to be rather uncomfortable. The bond cleaning service turned out to have an appropriate title, as I did not receive any bond on leaving my past rental.Please feel free to remove myself from your advertising" mailing list also."

Charged an excess $200 for extra work even though they arrived late and finished early; according to their own policy it is $50pp/hour for disputed claims and I was charged $605 Instead of $350 if I went by hourly.Customer service was absolutely attrocious when I tried to get the excess back they basically said bad luck should've gone with the hourly rate".Sham of a service with countless people being ripped off by Aim and their shoddy business with the exact same story as mine. It appears cheap quotes with dodgey excesses is their entire business model."

Stay away from this company. Horrific service. Arrived then called to charge more on the day. Not registered for gst so technically cannot charge it, yet they do. Suggest reporting to ASIC

Hey, i just experienced your cleaning services and I am really happy and satisfied with the team...The team leader, his name was perhaps Parminder and his team which includes two workers came and cleaned my house thoroughly and really well...the three team members also came on time and my house inspection was done after 15 days of the cleaning and it was passed in the first go...I am fully satisfied and looking to refer Aim to my friends also.Thanks mate!

We had our lounge and carpet cleaned by Aim Property Solutions last week and found them to be very polite, respectful and friendly to deal with. The cleaner spent a good amount of time cleaning the lounge and we were satisfied with the results.
