The Ulladulla branch of this company is awful. N1CH0LAS.C and SH3RYL33 are abusive managers, full of lies and manipulation. They should be on welfare themselves. They're working out of the same building as SureWay, and are also employed by SureWay, at the same time as being employed by Max Employment (two competing companies) surely this is a conflict of interest/illegal? They've gone out of their way to remain OFF google reviews.WorkforceAustralia listed their direct number, which has since been disconnected. You cannot call them, you must wait for a blocked/private call from them... Ringing the national head office never results in being connected to them, despite the Ulladulla branch being constantly dead & empty. Bludgers...For 7 months leading up to the change from JobActive to WorkForceAustralia, I'd have my face to face appointments changed/cancelled on a Sunday evening via text message, when they were scheduled for Monday morning (less than 24 hours notice). They'd set up their automated texts to go out on the weekend when their business is closed, when confronted about this issue they'd blame the department and accept no responsibility.Vincentia, please pass this message onto Ulladulla. Get them to put them selves on google reviews, grub-cowards.
