They keep skimping out on the meat. I bought a chicken supreme and there was literally one piece of chicken on one of the slices and then a couple just scattered around. If ur gonna call something “chicken supreme” I would expect some chicken. I could have just bought the vegorama pizza and been happy with that. I’m honestly just disappointed

Domino's can be hit and miss but generally ordering ahead or during quiet times guarantees a better looking and tasting pizza. Last few times service has been great, extremely fast, and prompt delivery.

Good customer service but if I could I would give the food less than -100 stars. Pizza was undercooked and just dough. I officially am sick.

Very appealing modern shop. Food is to the dominos standard. Service is very good as with order time. Ordered online for a pick up one hour later and pizza was ready before we got there. Recommended if in the mood for pizza and in the Kelso area.

Very poor customer service. There was obviously an issue as the order screen was not working. Back up of orders. Attitude was short from girl at counter just making excuses saying there have been a lot of orders remade. When asked why there was an issue she threw her hands up and rudely answered with its very busy. My tracker on my phone said when it would be ready but clearly this wasn’t working either. Very poor attitude

Would absolutely reccomend these guys and gals!My order arrived on time and was delivered by a very friendly staff member (I forgot to ask for his name). Upon delivery he informed me that they unfortunately did not have the flavouring for the brownie thickshakes at the moment, but instead they gave me a Premium Chocolate Thickshake!! How nice of them! Both our pizzas, (Thin 'n crispy Pepperoni & Extra large Vegorama, with added extras!!) arrived perfectly cooked and with all the ingredients that we asked for. My sides looked delicious. Honestly could not wrong them on this perfect service/delivery/order.I know you guys have had a bit of a rough time recently with the change of ownership, but its nice to see your improvements.Thank you so much Domino's Kelso!! It's so great to see you guys getting back on your feet!!

Been in a few times since new management and the food has not disappointed, the same young man Brayden has served me each time and has been lovely every time, I had left my card in the car Brayden assured me that it was not a problem and waited patiently for me to get it although the store was very busy, just shows you how nice his manners are. Thank you!

Usually don't have a problem with ordering online & picking up at specified time but this time was BS.If I order to collect @ 6pm I expect it to be ready not have to sit & wait another 20 mins.Lift your game Domino's

Don’t bother ordering. Order never came. Even though we got charged.We ordered for the origin, told multiple times it’s out on delivery.
