Passed through for a quick cuppa & bite.Cannot fault the staff at all, everyone was smiling and extremely friendly and I felt really comfortable and welcomed.The coffee was made to perfection and the piece of cake I chose was so moist and delicious .I definitely recommend this business !

Cannot get enough of the smelly cheesecake shop at Charlestown!They do the best Dirty Chais and Beetroot Lattes!Plus the staff are amazing! They go above and beyond the service of their customers.Going there makes you feel like you're visiting family!

I come here often. They have a great range of cakes and most of all cheesecake but other cake types are also available. I love all the different types of cheesecake. If sweets are not your thing, they have small range of savory foods you might prefer. They have great coffee and Tea options are available. the staff are always friendly. The cafe is always clean and presentable. They are located on the bottom floor of Charlestown Square between Coles and Woolworths. You can do your shopping then stop by and treat yourself to a coffee and cheesecake. You won't be disappointed.

We are definitely frequent flyers" at this cafe. Everything from the initial hello to the last fork-full of the cheesecake makes you feel like a real life VIP. Staff are always amazing

Previously managed by Korean - great cheesecakes, thick creamy full flavored coffees and great friendly service. Unfortunately management changed, cheesecakes not as good, coffees tasted like ‘watered down’ not as creamy. Gave 3/5 because I don’t mind vegan chocolate square I ordered and still friendly service but we won’t be back, we missed previous creamy nice coffees.

I can't seem to find the price of the cake on the website or at the shop, which is very inconvenient for customers. (correct me if I'm wrong and I'll change my rating).Also, when I ordered a cheesecake, the lady removed the bigger piece that's actually closer to her and gave me a smaller piece, which is fine and probably many people would do the same, but please don't do this in front of a customer. The cakes are not cheap, and this showed poor customer service.

Pretty good iced coffee with ice cream and whipped cream. Wish it was a little sweeter and cheaper (about $6.50). But either way it was really good and the servers are very quick!
