Pedantic attention to detail (just what you want in a home inspection) but practical about that meant for us. We were buying from interstate and appreciated the team's communication throughout the process to keep us informed. They were honest, we felt very comfortable with their inspection and their rates were reasonable. I'd recommend them to anyone who'll listen :)

Veitchwood Building Inspections were very impressive with their thorough inspection and easy to read report. I have had several building reports done for previous investment properties, but none were as thorough as Veitchwood Building Inspections. Thank you for doing our building inspection on Dalley Street last week. They say not to get too attached to property when looking to buy a house but as you know we did when we found this nearly 100 year old beauty! Mark at VeitchWood Construction was great to deal with. He made our home buying experience that little bit more relaxing. He kept to appointment times and his inspection report was thorough and simple to understand. We even used his building services after we purchased our home.
