I would not recommend going to this dry cleaner if you want to collect your clothes earlier than 5 months. I took my wedding dress to this dry cleaner and was initially told it would take 3 weeks to clean. After a month I phoned to see how much longer it would take and they said they had received lots of dresses after mine which they decided to prioritise. I then phoned 2 months later to find out they had lost my dress. They phoned me back to say that it had been placed on an incorrect rack and that they would clean it ASAP and it would take about 10 days. Another 2 months passed before I phoned again and they said the dress was ready but had forgotten to phone me. I went to inspect the dress before they boxed it up. He said it would take one week to do this and told me which day to return. I went to collect it after 1 week and 2 days and it wasn't ready as he had prioritised other people's items before mine (again) even though I had been waiting for a total of 5 months. The service was appalling and I strongly recommend avoiding this place if you have something that is precious to you or you want to wear in the same season.

At the end of March 2018 I took a table cloth and napkins to be cleaned. I returned theee weeks later, not done. Returned three weeks later, items lost. Returned some weeks later , still lost but looking. Returned some weeks later , found and not yet cleaned. Come back Friday. Returned two Fridays later, still not done. Date? 7th August 2018. End of March to beginning of August......absolutely the worst service ever. In fact no service. I took the items back...still in the original bag I gave them in. Just appalling business practice.

Picked up my dry cleaning this morning, and to my delight all the problem areas on my cocktail dress were removed. I was so thrilled to see my $400 dress back as new. An accidental spill during a party can happen and I was afraid that my dress was ruined, but thanks to the professional way it was handled, all came good. So happy with the result.

I have been going to this dry cleaners for years and never had anything but A+ service from staff and the owner. I have taken items from $50 to $800 and have always come back perfect.

Terrible, takes 3 months to dry clean a wedding dress and when I've gone in for the 3rd time to pick it up it's still not ready.EDIT: We finally get the dress back but forgot to check it when we did pick it up as we were just wanting to get it back, and it just sat hung up in a cupboard with a protector on it. Fast forward a couple months later when we go to sell it and discover it has a massive stain on it which wasn't mentioned.Avoid this business at all costs!

WORST DRY CLEANER EVER!!!!!I took my couture lace wedding dress to be dry cleaned. After 2 months it was finally ready to be collected. I was disappointed to find out the dress had been damaged and was no longer wearable. I complained, horrified that this dress was torn in a few places. The owner told me that this was standard - it happens in washing machines and he is not liable. I had paid for it to be dry cleaned - not put in a washing machine. He wouldn't pay for the dress to be repaired (cost me $890 to repair the damage) and would not refund me the $200 of dry cleaning fees. He verbally abused me, told me to sue him, even told me that he would rather burn his shop down before he paid me a cent.AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Terrible experience with this dry cleaners for my wedding dress. Took dress in during November and it still wasn't completed in February. The business was closed over a few weeks over Christmas understandably however I was advised it would be ready before Christmas. I contacted them in early January and checked it over before pressing, went to pick up a week later and still wasn't pressed as they advised it was forgotten about but advised it would be ready the next day Went to collect 2 weeks later and it still wasn't pressed. Ended up telling them not to worry about it and that we wanted a discount which was virtually nothing off, to which they argued in saying it doesn't take that long to press so they can't offer much of a discount. That seems like a poor excuse for then taking 2 weeks to press the dress. After over 2 months I have just given up with them. Poor service and poor communication. Whilst the prices may be very competitive, the service standard is beyond poor and appalling.

We have always enjoyed terrific service; clear expectations of cost and date/time of item return. Rugs, curtains, cushion covers, clothes, anything, everything.

Took my custom lace couture wedding dress to get dry cleaned before my wedding (unfortunately wasnt done threw the bridal shop) i had not seen my dress look soo beautiful. Johnny done an amazing job and went out of his way to make my dress as perfect as possible for our big day! Will definitely be back

I have been going to this dry cleaner for a while now because I didn't like the service at a closer store in Doncaster and have found them to be excellent, the owner/manager is cool and he knows about old school service, my wife and I took our entire bridal party garments to be cleaned and they did an amazing job, I am a motorcyclist and i have had my adventure gear in to be cleaned and it came back like new. They have won me I would highly recommend.
